I saw Crowder in Philly about ten years ago.There were huge power outages throughout New Jersey for days,but nothing could keep me from going. We had a major Jesus Praise Party that night,and for an encore they did 3 more songs.I love his humility,and his depth.When I listen to a Crowder song,I hear all that scripture knowledge he soaked in when his dad read to him from the blue bible story books! I gain such hope from that,and my soul is lifted high!📖✝️🙏🎙💞👊

AWESOME INTERVIEW. I'VE listened to Crowder for over 15 years. I love his music and he's basically the only one i do. i have always wondered about his background and how he started. His music resonates in me and keeps me going. i have testimony that the holy spirit has spoken to me and led me to my husband. it took months and was led to him but i moved from mass to florida and there was no other way to make it happen , for the way it happened. God is real!! God is awesome!! God bless!

2:34 The Crowder family is family friends with us. It started because my mom and David Crowder's brother, Steve Crowder worked together at Boulder Valley School District in Colorado and Steve watched my brother and I after school in SAC for 2 years. Soon we all became really close. We met Steve's family. We never got to meet David though. Steve had offered to invite us all over for a dinner party to meet David Crowder sometime when he was in town, But we never got around to actually making the plans for a dinner party. But It was still a really cool experience to meet such a godly family and genuinely great people.

I would love to talk to Crowder someday Tell him how he helped me find my own voice again I got real deep in depression after a bit of a financial struggle(which I'm still trying to recover from) And I was hanging out with my girlfriend a few weeks ago And her parents called asking if we wanted to go to the MercyMe concert with them And me, being a huge fan of MercyMe, and Bart Millard , jumped at it I'd never heard any of crowders music Wasn't expecting anything But about halfway through his set He played "somebody prayed" and I dunno what happened, but I just I felt something I hadn't before I think I might've cried And my girlfriend, Jen, said I was singing this song, that I'd never heard, as loud as I could word for word My depression was gone My body wasn't in pain anymore(which is odd cause I just recovered from a major knee injury that put me in a support brace for 8 months) And I just I still cannot stop listening to that song Crowder has become my favorite Solo artist, and somebody prayed, red letters, and Good God Almighty have become songs I can't help but sing And none of this would've been possible If I hadn't heard him that night At the Paycom center More important than all that though I'm writing music again I'm singing again And one of my buddies at the hospital(I work at the kitchen at the hospital) Told me he had missed it And that it was good to hear me sing again And I was singing Good God Almighty
