David Frenette on Christian Contemplative Prayer

On Monday at St. Elizabeth's we are beginning David's book The Path of Centering Prayer: Deepening Your Experience of God, and I was pleased and surprised to hear his U-Tube presentation. I have had a daily centering prayer practice for nearly 18 years, and it is so exciting to hear David sharing it in this way!

Eccept for the mention of the RUACH where does Scripture back up anything David said?

This is spiritism. The only meditation I know is meditating in Gods word.😊
