I genuinely think it's dumb as well and will affect the numbers bcuz I know most fans sit and watch the entire episodes for these types of interviews....and this isn't particularly long either. So they're tryna build anticipation but I think it will have the opposite effect. Some will watch one and don't watch the second but might catch the 3rd. Just give us the full interview first and then in 3 days you can start splitting it like the Katt Williams interview

Fascinating interview, need to get more people like David Gill on the channel, the fact he started his career as an Accountant then became CEO of United is crazy impressive
@BelfastManUtdTherapy10 ай бұрын
Agreed, but no-one becomes an accountant to account. They do it for a well paid career, nothing passionate, just crunching numbers all day. Every single day. And its their clients they go for for favours. On the outside the CEO sounds great, but your still stuck behind a desk 11 hours a day, albeit a fancy desk and a massive wage.

Not sure what part 3 will bring, but (and I say this with all respect because Ste knows), I was a little disappointed in the discussion around the debt (and kudos Ste for bringing up the total interest payments since 2005), but this was a great opportunity to bring up the lack of investment in the ground and training facilities since the Glazers took over. I wasn’t in the south stand - I’m in K - so I don’t know if it leaked back then too, but the fact is - it leaks and does in N2402 where I am. I’d have asked if Ineos plan to do something with the infrastructure and stadium and why the Glazers put zero £ into the infrastructure since 2005. Maybe there were agreements on topics not to bring up, but as a match going fan - that’s what I’d want to hear more about. Especially as a director who I’m sure at some point in the last 18/19 years would have said “Joel/Brian - I’m getting piss wet through, when are you going to fix that?”

@@Colin-From-Corby-yy4vb Doesn't matter what he plans the Glazer virus infects everything at that club from top to bottom and as long as the "fans" keep them there (buying tickets and shirts) it won't make a blind bit of difference, there's only one man who could counteract their dishonourable leeching ethos and he retired 10 years ago...and when they go for the super league again it's over anyway.
