Unbelievable so many shootings, more than 6 shootings in two weeks, with more than 15 dead in different states of the USA. Yes, the politicians and those who have positions are secured, but the people of the communities are suffering from so much insecurity and so much crime, high gasoline prices and so much inflation in necessities. - nato stepping in against russia means a domino escalation will happen and end up in a nuclear war. Putin is afraid of the nato and won't hesitate to use nukes if he's regime is threatened. - can't join nato if you're at war already, to avoid countries dragging others into their own local wars. - nato is not an army or a country, it's a defensive pact that englobes the rules of engagement, a unified command center and standardisation to allow a maximal efficiency in case of a war. Nato's budget is nothing but each member's budget additionned together. Nato members have done a lot for ukraine. From all types of material to training forces to new material (switchblades, caesar automotive canons, etc) to huge logistical support. They've been training ua forces since 2014. But stepping in, in ukraine, means a direct war with russia, so a global war ensuing. Be careful for what you wish, a war asks for a heavy tribute, even for winners.

Kuleba is right but it's because NATO member have chossen to explicitly not use NATO structures. No one in NATO has been attacked so none of NATO's compulsory clauses have been triggered, so any NATO action would need to be a unanimous new effort, basically limiting such actions to the most recalcitrant members (looking at you Hungary). So simply for expediancy each nation is just sending support bilaterally.

That's because NATO is a treaty organization that is in direct opposition to Russia, but with Ukraine not being a member, any coordination between all of NATO could easily be read as an escalation or possibly even interpreted as an attack by NATO which could lead to WWIII. The Ukrainian FM was right - NATO as an organisation has done nothing expect talk. @RorRiiZzLE2 жыл бұрын
@Pickin Dim That really sucks, but that’s even more of a reason for NATO to jump in and help finish off this unprovoked and irrational war by Putin. Like, if they do a real quick entry for Sweden and Finland into NATO, maybe then they could put Ukraine up for vote again at least to see where they stand and maybe they too will get in and we’ll then have several countries bordering Russia and be able to call any bluff they make at that point.
