David Seymour, and ACT generally, is but a limpet on National's rump. If Winston can come in as late as he has and make a splash, and NZ First is certainly doing that, it is precisely because Nats and ACT have left a void, and boy have they.

I voted for him last elections - his arrogance since has really put me off, the more power he gets the more arrogant he becomes. I would like a Nat/Act govt but would like a third party there to keep them honest and from becoming to arrogant. Plus both Nat & Act have shown total contempt to a large portion of a concerned population who stood against the mandates and what 'was' our Bill of Rights - there was no support in fact only contempt from them for the loss of these fundamental rights. Also I do not hear them speaking up for all the other madness going on with our rights being eroded all over the show with the Therepeutics product bill being put through parliment, not a word ?!? - they are also barely speaking about the draconian hate speech laws going through parliament and would like to hear more from them on all the new sex / trans education going on in schools etc. These matters concern many many NZ'rs and a large majority of NZ'rs are also unaware such major changes to our way of life are happenning..... - why are Nat & Act barely even talking about this ?

The trick is to vote in candidates from all the minor conservative parties, in areas where they have candidates, (DNZ, NZ Loyal, NC's, Vision, etc etc), and then vote for the party that is most likely to oust Labour. This way, we may get a National/Act government, but we would also get a huge number of 'freedom based' MP's, who would possibly take in more MP's with them. They would be ones that hold National/Acts feet to the fire, and they all have basically the same policies and goals.

I think Winston has clearly shown that he was VERY late to the part in announcing what he supposedly stands for, and just wants back in - he's looked at all the policies of those who want Labour out, and simply adopted them. Some would say smart move, but he always has been. But I'm not sure that his being in Parliament ever makes a significant difference

Peters sided with the parties most inline with his voters, and that wasn't an immigration mad National__ National can blame themselves for their lack of friends just as Labour is likely to do shortly. The poor living standards of a lot of Kiwis can be traced back to these policies. We should have been investing in technology not importing lowly skilled workers that are tax negative, overloading infrastructure and wanting houses and services we didn't have the capacity to provide. He also kept Labor in check some thing the Right wing needs as well, I don't want the current Left wing disaster replaced with a Right wing one__ NZ should be Governed to the benefit of the people not the extreme ideologies of either side.

What a bizzare interview. I was considering switching from National to ACT, but I've never seen this side of Seymour. He sounds really insecure, and he's giving the left-wing media everything they need to scare the public into thinking the coalition of chaos would really be in a National-led govt that might need ACT and NZF. Glad you slapped him back down, Sean. I'm as pissed off as everyone else about what Winston did to us in 2017. National won that election and it was absurd to have the largest party in parliament sitting in opposition. That being said, Seymour is being blatantly disrespectful to both Sean and Winston here - in a way we simply don't see here in NZ. Nip this crap in the bud asap. Winston will react to this, and then it will be tit-for-tat between NZF and ACT in the immediate lead up to the most bloody important election in NZs history. The left-wing media will eat this opportunity up, so cut it out before your egos ruin things for all of us

The polling for NZF is very similar to last election. Even if a few did get in, they will be new-by MP's. We need serious people with relevant experience, to reverse the directions that Labour & co. are currently trying to entrench. A wobbly 3-legged Coalition will just waste valuable time and taxpayer money.
