I started NMN 3 months back and Reserveratol every alternate day. Although I used to take others like vitamin D, mag , zinc , vitamin k2 before. I do cardio and strength training both. I also use TRT. I feel much stronger, fitter than I was in 20s. The only concern I’ve is cancer risk in nmn as they say in few studies that it increases risk of cancer as cancer cells like normal cells love nad+ which we raise with nmn. I stick to 250-500 mg of nmn.

@@franzferdinand8221 That's a filter. In other pictures of him at present, he definitely looks youthful, but you can certainly tell that he's around 50 (he's 54). He also dyes his hair. Which is fine, but nothing that's out there yet could make him look like he does without the filter at 54.

I've been taking a very low dose, 2mg of Rapamyciin once a week and I have mixed results. On one hand I have more energy for some of the week and on the other hand, I do have some side effects so I'm going down to 1mg every 8 to 10 days. But I'd like to find some kind of clinical study.

There are already a handful of supplements that repair different aspects of aging. One I know that repair damaged proteins in the body is sadly no longer available, but most are still on the market. With these it would take a bit longer than 8 weeks to reset a person to a biological 16-year-old however, I would say a few years at least. The idea that it can take 8 weeks when some have 90+ years of cell damage challenges even my credulity however.

I'm on board! We all want to live healthy long lives but nobody is talking about the impact on society, such as economics and resources on an over-populated planet. IMHO, just like natural selection and survival of the fittest, age of death is selected by nature for the benefit of society and the planet. In other words, it would not be sustainable for everyone to live to 150 years old which would extended fertility and reproduction on a planet with finite resources.
