They have Alex visiting Lori's apartment that night, I think? Possibly for an hour and a half? I forget the details. I just remember thinking that maybe Alex didn't want to do it and made Lori did it herself. Alex would have to have put his body somewhere until buried. Those 3 white rocks have some kind of symbolic meaning from the book of Mormon. Chad would have done that, not Alex.(even though I don't believe these people have gifts of God, I still don't like the disrespectful way Archibald seemed to attack God as well as David.) You guys are right about this being really Important. Lori killed her own son in her own room. Maybe with own garbage bag out of her own kitchen. She's not being charged with murder in this trial--only conspiracy. I guess if it comes out that she killed him, she could still get murder charges. Nobody deserves the death penalty more than her.

I feel the same! That boy was physically abused by Chad and now we know that many people saw the scrach marks his little fingers left on Chad's fat neck, which is an undeniable proof of abuse! But I guess that the witnesses are now downplaying it and both legal teams are glossing over it is because the former are trying to justify their inaction and why they never defended JJ, while the lawyers are interested only in murders and don't want to divert attention from main charges. However, I think that exposing the details of JJ's abuse would actually help both prosecutorial teams. Let the jury hear what Lori allowed Chad to do to her little son, and later let Chad's jury hear how cruelly he treated that child. Knowing the details will only convince the jury of their disgusting depravity and their guilt. Someone testified that in the few weeks before they killed her, Tylee used to shout and beg Lori to believe her that she is not a demon but her daughter, and that just breaks my heart... Chad is a monster and it was already mentioned somewhere that he hated both Tylee and JJ, but Lori allowing that fat monster to hurt that little boy and then to declare both children "demon possessed zombies" makes me SO angry... Being mainline LDS, I’m so surprised that (1) Warwick didn’t insist on staying at a hotel. Staying in a home, even in an extra bedroom, would be improper because he would be sharing it with 2 single women. (2) He didn’t find Chad, who openly cheating on his wife, in spiritual jeopardy. Most LDS men would have a stern talk with the other and encourage them to end the affair and patch up the marriage. And, since Warwick wasn’t local, he should have informed Chad’s bishop at the ward so he could help Chad repent and fix the marriage. The LDS church holds a high bar for husband and wife relationships. I’m just very surprised Warwick wasn’t appalled with Chad’s conduct. (3). I also think he would be very concerned with his GF, Melanie Gibb “palling” around with Lori, who was a party to the adulterous relationship. (4) No LDS man would wake from a nightmare and want Chad, a man in rebellion with the church, to give him a blessing. It just would not ever happen. I think Mr Warwick has a lot more beliefs and practices that are not in alignment with LDS mainline and he has only shared the tip of his iceberg.

I thought this too, but after listening to Detective Ray Hermosillo's testimony about JJ's autopsy, I wonder if maybe he was drugged/sedated. It was not easy to listen to, so TRIGGER WARNING/SENSITIVITY WARNING ⚠️ even though I'm going to try and be brief and sensitive: Det. Ray testified that JJ was found in long pjs (not the same "shirt and shorts" David describes here) and his head was covered in a way that suggested asphyxiation. Under that, he was duct-taped in a way that (I can't think of a humane way to say it, so I apologize...) one would not need to do to a person who had already passed. ⚠️ If JJ was secreted away in the middle of the night by either C, L, and/or A, it wouldn't make sense to go through all that if he was already gone when David saw him last. It would have been easier for Lori to say, "It's already late and past his bedtime; he's sleeping over at Alex's since you're using JJ's room anyway." Obviously, this is just my guess/2 cents.

I find David's testimony regarding Sept 21st hard to believe. He provided no testimony that he had any concerns on J.J.'s welfare prior to Sept. So the fact that J.J. was not present that Sunday morning would not raise suspicion...since Alex often babysat J.J. These people seem to have had "concerns," yet these concerns are not evidenced in their behavior.

Tammi was still alive yet Lori and Chad acted as though she was already discarded in their eyes and had no guilt of carrying out an affair… with such lack of boundaries and morals (plus Charles sketchy death) I am led to believe they were desensitized to any one else they were supposed to seemingly care about including the children and acted as a team to harm the children. I state this because I have read others say they believe Lori was a bad person but a good mom that couldn’t lay hands on her kids and she let Alex and Chad act alone in these horrific crimes. The testimony and evidence regarding Charles Vallow the day day he was shot seems a bit off to me. Lori knew Charles was coming over to get JJ to bring him to school, Charles and Jj had gone out to the car. Why wouldn’t Jj have shoes on at that time? Testimony states that she went to Walgreens to buy flip flops because she forgot shoes for the kids. After Lori dropped Jj off at school and arrived home, she and Tylee had gone to the police station for questioning. In that video of Tylee being interviewed she is wearing flip flops. It’s kind of hard to see but the soles of those flip flops do not look new. She really didn’t have much of an opportunity to walk in those “new flip flops”.. I believe that when Charles arrived at the house that morning to pick up Jj he was flat out ambushed and killed. His phone was probably in his pocket and was removed after him being shot and a story was contrived to make it look like self defense.

I mean, she has so much evidence, it's not like she's doing anything in particular. The people in the comment section are very biased because they've been watching the media for so long which is clearly against Lori and Chad, given the information we have. But the defense lawyer is just doing what he can with the almost 0 amount of things on his part, that can help him. To me most of the witnesses seem crazy. Almost all claim they had visions, see the future, claim they are religious and bla bla, but almost all have been divorced multiple times, cheated on their partners or started relationships before actually finalizing the divorce.. they are all some crazy people and more should be in trial for these deaths because they are simply put - coocoo. David Warwick seems not all there either. All of these people were part of this crazy church - the LDS; they already believed in things that I see as stupid and even dangerous.
@gaiagreen2690 Жыл бұрын
I thought that this guy was ok when the hearing begun, even though he seemed to fish for an excusal with that story of having seen Gibb's testimony. Now I have a strange feeling of dread that this nightmare story is Warwick's way of saying he witnessed what happened to JJ without really saying it directly, since neither he nor his then-lover Melanie Gibb did anything to save that poor child. So it became a story of how he had a nightmare sent by the devil, she wanted Chad to give him a blessing, no one was there so no blessing happened but Warwick was suddenly very anxious to go and see his own son with Down syndrome asap... How very convenient. Warwick did, however, make sure to corroborate Gibb's story about Chad and Lori not being in their room the night that Alex murdered the boy, implying that all three of them were outside burying the child. Other than that, it is the same desperate attempt to distance himself and minimize his involvement, exactly like Gibb and Pastenas. That tight circle of deluded religious fanatics is suddenly just a loose group of casual aquaintances... But I am sure that in private, the Warwick - Gibb couple are congratulating themselves at having made such a narrow escape.

I believe that earth can and will give Lori live in prison, but the true consequences will come after this life. That is up to god and Jesus Christ. I read an article recently, though I believe it was written back in 2021 so I’m not sure whether circumstances have changed, but the article stated that Chad had transferred his home and property via a quit claim deed to his attorney, possibly to cover the cost of his legal fees? The article stated that this is a controversial move, which I understand, and it also points out that that the transfer of the property will not be nearly enough to cover estimated legal fees. Now I’m curious about how someone in a situation such as his would be able to cover legal expenses, especially in a case such as this where it has already been in the works for over 3 years? And, does this mean he has hired himself an attorney while Lori is using public defenders?
