Toured the Woodland Hills this past weekend and fell in love. Def better than Highlands (Porter), Artivia, Mavera and Harpers and ….ties with Grand Central Park but less commercial traffic and more trees

Yes, I made the price ranges based off the least expensive to most expensive home at each individual builder at todays prices including the lot.

Any of the builders that build multiple products, I mention their options but just chose one of their models to film to keep the video shorter. Love Gehan, just sold one there a month ago to a KZbin client
