Packet Tracer is great, but it feels abandoned. They could at least remove the eol kit from it and replace it with something more current, even if it's just for the looks. And while they are at it(yeah right, like someone would bother) make are remake of the Cisco Academy game. It was a great game for someone to learn the basics of how a service desk works.
