Tampa to Sarasota FL Real Estate Market Update 2024 so far.
There's a lot of noise out there right now about the current real estate market here in FL between Tampa to Sarasota, so I wanted to show you the most recent market stats, as well as to tell you what is going on here on the ground. National statistics are great, but they're not as relevant as local stats if you're in the market for a new home. This market is very house specific right now. The best ones will sell relatively quickly, and the overpriced or not so desirable homes definitely won't.
Tampa, FL will show you that the market is more stable in this area in 2024 so far. Less volatility, an increase on sales year on year, and a lower average sales price.
Sarasota, FL shows more volatility, less overall sales and a higher price point. With more inventory that is growing month on month.

Any news on esplanade waterside?

Esplanade Waterside? There's Esplanade at Azario and Waterside. Both a few miles apart in LWR. But unless I've missed something there isn't an Esplanade at Waterside in the works.

@@Quincyq15 i'll see what I can find out. I know another Esplanade is coming to LWR soon (within a year or so) but apparently the next one won't be on a golf course. So it will likely be a bit smaller in size as well. Waterside would be an amazing location for the next Esplanade if so. I'll come back to this thread once I know more.
