But is true thou. In no other Spanish speaking country you will find people who understands basic English than Puerto Rico. In fact, many of them speak fluent English.

I've traveled to the majority of the Spanish speaking countries around the world, and in my experience Puerto Ricans were by far the most proficient in English.

@DavidGTravels Maybe is you stay on metropolitan area,but the rest of the country not.Believe me I born and raised in Puerto Rico.Maybe 20% of the people can understand or speak some english.
