Such brilliant insight, David - really appreciate how deep and thoughtful you get with your answers! I really enjoying what I've picked up so far from your 1st online course. I went fast through up to 40%, then struggled a little bit (I tend to get ahead of myself on many things I take on in life : ), so have went back and have refocused on what I've learned from the earlier lessons. I've love the pieces of music you teach in these courses and I've been able to incorporate it with some of my own mini-compositions, and will continually look to adapt and explore in the future. Thanks so much for all you do, and stay safe.

Many many many thanks!!! I feel like I've just visited a master-class. So cool to hear the answer to my question. I didn't really think I'm ready for recording my playing and I forgot how important it is for developing and improving your skills (though I knew it when I've learned to play guitar). I also wish to say thanks for all of your lessons. I've found that even practicing 10-15 minutes a day I'm slowly improving my skill, so yes, practice and practice and practice. :) And I want to say a lot of thanks to all people with all your interesting questions!

Hello! Just started your online course. This video is very helpful and I would love to watch more of them! Practice for sure, is the key. I am feeling a little bit limited by the scale of my instrument. Maybe that is just an item of luxury. Probably I have to dive in totally. Thank you for all the inspiration and information you are sharing!

You're very welcome Rena, adapting to other instruments is challenging but also a big opportunity to learn about your instrument and music in general. It basically forces you to be flexible and creative. 😁

Hi David Ich bin gerade an deinem Intermediate Kurs.

Hi dear David! Thanks a lot for your brilliant content and music! I want to buy a Pan, but I don't know which one could be good for beginners and how much must I invest into one Pan Drum to have a good basic sound and playing possibilities. Bless, tobi

Thank you so much for sharing this, David! You keep inspiring me to push myself with the handpan, even if some days I feel less creative or drawn to practice. I got a bit lazy on technique lately and after watching this I’m planning my practice to get back at it. How long would you usually stick with a topic (like split finger) before moving onto the next one?

How much do you practice at maximum?
@DavidKuckhermann4 жыл бұрын
6-7 hrs, but it really depends on your body. Practicing more than 4 hrs/ day for long periods of time sometimes created issues for me.
@intelligence23234 жыл бұрын
@@DavidKuckhermann I had the same, although I started playing harp two years ago and it's such a comfortable instrument that now I rarely have this issue, just brain fatigue. Thanks for answer :)
