@@Cameron_J0hns0n would love to. i spent 5500 and never got to use it once. one problem after another. was missing a lot of pieces initially. then almost 2 weeks later when i got the pieces, i turned it on. It never got cold and then shut off and never went back on! this is a $4k chiller! their customer service is terrible. it takes weeks to resolve things and/or days for a response, assuming you follow up most times. they all seem to work out of their house and you never get a rep that can help you timely. its days and days. i even had to cancel their 24 months 0% interest after Bread Financial bait and switched me into 8% 36 months. so i canceled it and paid for it on my amex with the help of plunge. Bread and Plunge both blamed me for clicking on the wrong one. their website said at the time no interest. i have a 840 credit score and didnt need to use them for that but i figured why not. in summation, the product seems like oomplete crap and significantly overpriced. i am still dealing with this weeks later. taking it down, and waiting for boxes to send it all back, total joke. their customer service is terrible. i was expecting a way more professional experience from them and it just never happened. check reddit and the dive deeper below to read more horrenedous reviews

I fully agree ours was good for one year then the chiller and pump went out at the same time. I had bought the warranty but it took weeks for plunge to answer my request for service. Once they did, they said they had no record of my warranty purchase. So, I had to search for my paperwork. Then it took 2 more weeks just to get service. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would never buy a plunge. Too many other companies out there

Same. I bought the air and the evolve pro chiller , waited for about 3 weeks to get it delivered. Everything got shipped together and for some reason my chiller got left behind and delayed in transit for a couple days. After finally getting it delivered, I saw that the box was pretty beat up but didn’t think much of it because, well, it’s FedEx. Well I finally started setting it up and just as I got to the point where it needs to be filled up with water, the water started draining from the bottom of the chiller very drastically. I didn’t even get to turn it on. The water had just reached maybe 4-5 inches from the bottom of the tub. I was so disappointed. Then I decided to go look at the box, and sure enough the box was all taped up,beat up, and basically torn from one side which explained why there was so much tape. And maybe the delay was because the chiller probably fell out of the box? The security arrow that shows if it had been tipped over during the delivery indicated it had. I even have the doorbell video of the FedEx guy leaving it at the door tipped over on its side. Well after all that I decided to leave the water inside the tub thinking maybe use it with just ice the next day. The next day I wake up to go fill it up and notice that there was a puddle right outside the plunge, I looked inside and I could see water bubbling from the corner where it was leaning from. So basically bad experience with this whole plunge purchase. Not what I was expecting to get after spending close to $5000. The support team is still figuring out what to do.

@@juanmanuelcastaneda130 Seems like an easy solution...replace the broken items. Plunge has yet to fix my Chiller after 2 weeks. It was great while it worked, but Plunge's Customer Service has not been good. I understand that things can break but, as a business owner, I don't understand not taking care of your customers when things go wrong. If anyone is thinking about buying any products from Plunge, suggest you think twice if you care if they value you as a customer. David, I love your reviews, but I would be concerned about promoting a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers.

@@DavidMausJr Update...Plunge Repair Team can't seem to find a technician for my repair yet. DO NOT buy from this company. If you have an issue with your Plunge, you will get terrible service. I may just return the entire thing just so I don't have to deal with a company that doesn't care how their customers are treated after the sale. David, I will continue to follow you and watch your awesome reviews, but you should reconsider associating your name with a company like this.

After many attempts trying to get answers from customer service, they have scheduled a technician for repairs. Apparently, they do not have a single technician in my state, so he is coming from another state to repair it. Hopefully, this works!!

I just ordered from Plunge, I got the Air with Pro Chiller. They sent it to me used. I just want you to know, because you hold your channel to a high standard. They sent me a dirty, used chiller. The box had basically deteriorated upon arrival. It's tilt indicators showed it was completely upside down at some point. The unit has markings all over it. The red tape has been removed, I know because there is a piece still there. The cable inside was just thrown in the box. Nothing about this was tidy. Do these come with the internal filter installed? Anyway. I just started a refund. This company is shady. I'll report back.

I see the refund initiated on my card. The refund transaction went smoothly. However, nothing was said about the condition or reason why everything happened. I still DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was not compensated for the horrible process of repacking and re-taping the heck out of the boxes to regain enough structural integrity to make it back safe.

I appreciate your videos about the active aqua chiller. I’m thinking of switching from My chest freezer to a DIY barrel with the active aqua 1/2 HP chiller. Question for you: how much have you noticed your utility bill increasing having the chiller running constantly? With my current setup I run the chest freezer about 4 hours a day and really don’t notice a difference in the utility bill.

It’s an incredible chiller. The ONLY problem that me and many others who got them first have had is with shipping mishandling. I’ve had 2 that leaked out the bottom and after talking with the team we’ve found that a lot of the first batch orders had shipping damage that caused some issues. What I love about plunge is that they are owning it and replacing/fixing all issues. And they have made improvements to shipping so that it doesn’t happen. Other than that I really love it.

I love the way the Plunge products look and they seem very innovative. But the stories that I have heard about their customer services means I'd likely never buy from them. And thats a damn shame. Dropping the ball on what should be the simplest part of the equation is the bane of many businesses.

Not sure how it seems they’ve gotten better. It’s gotten worse from our perspective. The company grew too quick, leaving them with an entitled attitude of not caring about their customers. The service technician, who is contracted, said it takes forever for him to even get paid by plunge. Unacceptable IMO.
