Its sad how many people are hard towards God and Jesus . I'm thinking especially of my family and friends . They just will not recognise that there is a God . As David says they would have to change fundamentally. I can understand , it took me 20 years to fully accept my salvation I was very stupid too . K

@@yuanitamusiga6100 hi Yuanita . As I have heard most of David's teachings now , I now follow Jacob Prasch . He is just about the only online preacher now . His teaching about the End times is excellent . He has an international ministry. . My vicar recommended him 30 years ago . Then there is Tony Pierce , a pastor in London, he is sound . Sadly so few are now . God bless you my dear . I hope and pray we will meet soon, as the Lord will return soon. Jacobs teaching on that is good . It will not be before the Tribulation, we will have to go through that , but then Christians have done so throughout the ages and are doing so now . K

Yo!!!! This is what ive been searching for!!! David take a young prodigy under your spiritual wing!! When you said people have to ingest the word of god, and once you have, you can tell who has, and who hasn't!! That was the most realest things ive heard someone say, and i bet goes unnoticed to the imposters.

Nice. The Ten Commandments are important. Daniel 3, it breaks the second commandment of idol worship. Daniel 6, Daniel was prevented from worshiping the true God, the first commandment.

In some ways Daniel's experiences were similar to Joseph's. Being moral and faithful in the royal court and interpreting dreams.

@Lorraine Grant BRILLIANT!! Joseph and Daniel are both OT “prototypes” of Jesus. so yes Daniel and Joseph are similar in character. in Daniel we find they are both end-time prototypes but they represent two different end-time characters: Joseph is a type of Jesus in His end-time deliverance and provision for his people and Daniel is a prototype of the end-time church.” Very cool that you picked up on this. OT is full of types and prophecies of Jesus somewhere like 404. There is a book by paul Humbert that is very small but has all the Jesus prophecies/ types from Genesis to Exodus, mind blowing. I went through my yearly Bible reading and marked each one of the prophecies. The way I see Gods word now is much different.

That Nebuchadnezzar forgot his dream seems to be an incorrectly translated verse in the King James. He wanted the dream to be told to him so he could believe the interpretation. That Nebuchadnezzar stayed for seven years "in his zoo" and not in the wilderness... I can't even find one source for. Most translations say "driven from mankind" or "expelled from human society" or more plainly; to the "wilderness”

Nice presentation, however I would like to find out more about the historical facts on which this analysis is based. I am primarily concerned about the reasons why the legs of iron would have been associated with Rome. Daniel says that those legs of iron crushed like iron, but my feeling is that this is highly unfair to Rome, an empire and a culture that is famous for building and for its tolerance of the subdued cultures, and not for their destruction. Instead of Rome imposing its lifestyle, language and religion on the subdued people, it let those people continue with their own life and traditions as before - and the New Testament is the best illustration of that. Besides, the Roman Empire did not stretch as far East as Babylon, so it does not really seem to be a replacement or continuation of Babylon. It is just maybe a different kingdom/state/religion/culture that the book speaks about, one that is currently located in and around the historical Babylon and that is busy destroying all pre-islamic history and artefacts...
@DavidPawsonMinistry3 жыл бұрын
Agreed the Roman Empire did not extend as far as Babylon but Davids reference to a replacement or continuation of Babylon is in related to a impact on the Jewish nation - the Jews, were dispersed firstly by Assyria, then Babylon and later Rome around 70AD. Also the Romans did impose their traditions on the subdued, - after the time of Christ the worship of Ceasar was the one religion that spanned the whole of the Roman Empire - on the ''Lords Day'' everyone was required to worship Caesar and if you refused the penalty was death. Many Christian and Jews refused and were put to death

@@DavidPawsonMinistry Hi, thank you for your reply, I was not expecting it. I still only partially agree with it; the vision is said to concern the end times, so I am inclined to believe that it is not Rome, but the Islamic Empire. In my opinion, the latter better fits the image, especially if we look at the bigger picture and incorporate Daniel 7 and Revelation 13, 17 and 18. Yes, Rome was famous for persecuting Christians (the persecution of Jews seems to me to be highly related to the Jewish Revolt around 70AD), but Rome did give in to Christianity finally, so it does not seem to fit into the picture... And, coming back to Babylon, the area has been controlled by a string of powers/civilizations and it is now under Islamic control and I strongly believe it will continue so until Christ's return. And Daniel 9:26 points in the same direction, if we couple it with Josephus' first hand testimony of the destruction of the Temple in 70AD. Emperor Titus was desperate to save the temple, but the soldiers (most of them of Syrian origin) purposefully disobeyed the emperor's orders and destroyed the Temple out of their pure hatred towards the Jews. Well, anyways, Daniel's scroll is, acc. to Daniel 12, sealed until the Lamb breaks the seals in Rev 6. Thank you.

@sigmanocopyrightmusic8737 Жыл бұрын
@@calz1410 Secular historians lie about Rome. Same as liberals lie about tolerance. Rome had no problem if you worshipped other pagan god's if you agreed to even worship the emperor or Roman god's. Rome officially allowed jews to worship GOD because they couldn't control them but they killed and persecuted them and later drove them out .
