This is definitely the Indian Chinese cuisine served almost all over India but ironically NOT really in Tangra, an East Kolkata suburb in India. Famously inhabited by the Hakka Chinese community who migrated here, yes, in the late 18th century. They now run restaurants today and is India's only Chinatown. I was there stuffing my face with food in Tangra, Kolkata last week. BURP !

Huge fan of dumplings glass noodles rice noodles chicken shrimp veggies ham garlic ginger combination in Soups tofu Kung Pao Chicken Roast duck Golden fried shripms lobsters and other main course items/ cuisines. Love that slimy shrimp egg soup but my personal favorites were Thai basil Noodles, momo dumplings, Georgia chicken n Chili Chicken dam good n really tempting.
