Hahah wow... so hungry! That lamb seekh kebabs look really good - definitely on my next Indian food to try! Just fell in love with Indian food this year (had it for the first time and now I'm hooked)! It's pretty interesting how well versed David is with Indian food - seemed like he was showing Krushal how to eat Indian food lol! It's also awesome that he brings that knowledge and experience from actually visiting India and bringing over some of those nuances that he picked up from there and talked about it with him here in the states. You can see Krushal's eyes light up - it's that connection that I found fascinating. David can bring that connection - he's been to so many cities all around the world - he's like the global ambassador to every country's cuisine lol.

Raita makes spices a bit off and curd in raita makes Biryani digestible as curd made of fermentation. So always eat raita with Biryani as Biryani is full of spices, raita helps to digest Biryani properly as curd is full of good bacterias which helps to digest food properly.

Hi David, I have never seen u tried Indian food from the state of Bihar like handi chicken/mutton(Ahuna chicken/mutton) with whole garlic cooked in mustard oil, litti-chokha with chana daal. Please make video if u find some restaurant for this in U.S. I bet u will never forget the test.

Chicken lollypop/ Noodles/ chilli paneer/ Fried rice - Indo Chinese ( All this stuff contain soy sauce which makes it Indo Chinese) Dosa/ Idli/Rasam/Chettinad food/ Hyderabadi and Andhra stuff, Kerala specials and food from Karnataka - South Indian Food Pav Bhaji / Wada pav/ Misal pav/ Konkan Seafood special - Mumbai and Maharashtrian food ! Anything with paneer, butter chicken with naan and stuff that you usually get around the world - Punjabi Food Kebabs - Mughlai food All these things come from all parts of India and then the amalgamation is Indian Food !!! I've for sure only covered 10% of Indian food here !!

Next time you come to India I would definitely want you to taste dishes far away from usual Indian commercial food... You have an amazing taste pallette... Would love to see how you would enjoy satvik food, home cooked unheard off dishes both veg and non veg.. no chole, no rajma, no Biryani, no paneer butter masala, no butter chicken, no shahi chicken and paneer, no dosa(usual type)... You will be pleasantly surprised!
