This is definitely some long lost footage, and I don't see much of a pond... just some puddles. And being from 1995, his cement building isn't there yet.

when did you build the barn? i thought he bought the land in the 80s/ 90s/

Dave bought the farm in 1989 and built the cement building in 2000, after arsons burnt his old building down..
