I’ve seen this so many times in my rural ghost town with the only life is at a truck stop off the interstate! Cars flying off the ramp and under slow moving trucks. No one ever lives to tell. Always decapitated.

Ive seen amazon truck drivers pull some reckless and dangerous maneuvers, so it may not be the suv's fault.

Here's 2 things that are going on here that could have been somewhat prevented. 1, the driver of the SUV could have been paying attention to the road instead of doing what he was unless it was a medical emergency. And 2, the driver of the Semi should have been paying attention to what's going on around his/her trailer to make sure that it's in a safety situation at all times thats your job as a CDL. Trucker is partly at fault for the driver being in the condition he's in because if he is being dragged for 1000 feet at a hwy speed.
