I'd recommend watching the Big Fat Quiz Of The Year - 2015, to see Greg when he's not playing the Taskmaster role. The Taskmaster is very much a character he's playing, and it's fun comparing that to him being himself.

Greg said that the Taskmaster got more like him over the course of the series, but yeah it’s still a role. It’s also worth watching his WILTY appearances.

In case you didn't get the "last Rolo" reference - Rolos are small chocolates with a soft centre. Many years ago there was an advertising campaign that used the slogan "do you love anyone enough to give them your last Rolo?" So Al was saying to Greg he *really* 'loved' him as he got so many last Rolos lol

I'd forgotten how funny Paul was this series. I wish he did more TV stuff, but the only other thing I can recall seeing him on was an episode of Live At The Apollo. Also, I know you really, really like this cast, but honestly, the next bunch are next level!

I found Paul's standup to be really jarring, it's still probably the only one I've looked into and gone "oh wow not for me" lol. But he was absolutely legendary on the show and you can tell he's good

The task’s definitely do get bigger and more elaborate as the show goes on, especially once it changes channels, these earlier series were on a channel called Dave which used to mostly show ‘reruns’ of old shows, this was one of Dave’s first original shows and they obviously didn’t know how successful it would be so I don’t think they had a lot of funding early on. Taskmaster was bought by Channel 4 after series 9, which is a much bigger channel that Dave, and you can tell they had more money after that. I do miss the early simple tasks now, there isn’t much ‘paint a picture of a horse whilst riding a horse’ or ‘eat the most melon in a minute’ these days, it’s still fun but I think we got to know the contestants better when it was simpler

An idea you could try is 2x episodes per post and a longer version of the season finale, at least until the seasons are 10 episodes long. Then 2x-3x episodes per post. :) But you'll find the right way to go. I just enjoy your perspective on each episode. Keep crushing it!
