I don't understand how anyone could possibly downvote/dislike this video?! Thank you for all the valuable advice! As a soon-to-be twin mom, I am spending lately some time in parent subreddits. If parents are your main target audience, you could also market and brand around time-saving (! This one is huge!), safe for and around kids, and non-hazardous (if it actually is), and/or even fun to use with kids (getting kids early engaged in cleaning and how cleaning can be so much fun when done as a family activity) :D Just some thoughts.

He started selling right of the bat, title is How to Build A successful brand. Hence why the downwards. There's nothing about branding being taught I guess. His talking more of a personal vlog of how the brand is developing he is also talking a lot. People don't have the time to have someone talk forever. Keep it short, to the point packed with a lot of information.

@@wiliamelomaloma5990 - Please don't take this the hard way but have you ever heard the story about the guy who wrote in an e-mail "sorry for the long email but I was short on time"? It takes time to put ideas out and it takes 3X the time to summarise them. The point is that Dave does not need to do what he is doing,i.e. offering invaluable information for free, and from my perspective as someone in my 40s who has been around and is in need of some advice to understand eCommerce as a way to reinvent myself, Dave could talk about footy for 3 hours and my job would be to use my own time to extract the summary of the advice contained in, say, 10 minutes of it. "Value" is the name of the game.

Thanks Davie. As I am watching your video I wanted to share a piece of FEEDBACK ON YOUR PRODUCT (I grew up with them back when I lived in LatinAmerica) . These are not gentle on the hands, Yes they last forever and are the first choice of 90% of households back home,, but after they leave your hands super dry and with a rough feeling. I grew up with them, and I still remember when the liquid versions came out, the mums that didn't care about the extra cost buy them and never looked back ;).

Hi Davie a bit behind the herd this week so only just watched this guide. Wow!!!...im so stoked. What I actually realise with your guide is it feels quite relaxed and the content is easily digestible even tho the info bombs keep coming and coming. Just leaves me buzzing to learn more. Question: with your Lemon Scrub you mention use of a toobrush or sponge. For this product would it be worth having your own simple applicator i.e. a scrub stick for example. Something in keeping with the packaging in terms of size say with small brush on one end and a sponge on the other which could marketed maybe like for best results or just as best way to apply the paste...or something like that. Anyway great content thanks again

I’m loving these videos, stumbled onto your YT after listening to Mark Bouris podcast you were on. I would love to see some realistic timeframes of getting a product to market, maybe both drop shipping & 3pl options. I know it’s going to vary wildly depending on the product so maybe keeping to within the budget constraints you are working on within this series?
