Don't throw away the broken legs...unless you want to take a picture of it. So funny. Don't worry about fishing with it, just take a picture. I was half expecting you to say just leave um. The fish can't count. Love watching you tie! You make it look effortless and I know it's not.

Beautiful variation on the adams. I am sure it is productive. You make it all look so easy. It hasn't been too easy for me to learn, but I won't give up. I have collected some salmon fly tying feathers, can't wait to have a go at a Classic Atlantic Salmon fly. Thanks for sharing your gift. Davie, You misunderstood me. I don't think you are sponsored by Kamasan. I was just wishing that Kamasan hooks were available in the US. No one sells them here and I have no hooks like the Kamasan B160 you use. We don't have a replacement. Please understand I was not trying to knock you or say anything negative. You are a master and as I can rarely leave my home, I am truly thankful for your videos. Joe

Sorry Joe that I misread your question and I know that you were not being negative. I get so many emails and I was rushing through them trying to answer as many as I could and I got yours wrong....Daiichi Hooks and Kamasan are the same company just trading under different names, here is the code for the B160...Daiichi 1510...I hope this help you and if not please let me know... Davie I tied some of these but the brown hackle was too stiff. What hackle did you use that would lay back?

HiBob Norman, I used an Indian Cock Cape, but just make sure that it's long enough as this will make it much easier to separate, I'm sure your flies will work just as well.... All the very best Davie
