The way to get the full benefit of Steel Star Regulator is to use 3 copies of NumberiC1000: Numeronius Numeronia so it'll have 4900 ATK which is EXTREMELY unrealistic, but it is best case scenario.

To make margin trading that much worse, if you run more than one of it your opponent can just give you another one that you can't even use that turn while you give them something useful

The Thunderbolt is not even a spicy OTK option. It negates all damage for the rest of the turn. Even for the lvl 10, it only facilitates the 10000 atk nuke effect if you have one in your grave already and use the one on the board's discard pop effect. This card is better served as an anime exclusive.

Another funny thing about dispaparazi is you dont even get your full life point composition back because you only get half of its original attack so unless the monster is like 150 or 200 atk you lose lifepoints off this anyway so it might aswell not have that effect

Jar of generosity might be helpfull when you duel a parasite paracide deck, especially when you draw that monster (owned by 'ur opponent) from your deck and shuffle it to opponent's deck.

Puts just a little more perspective on why I heard a lot of people talking about "yawn of majesty" even though I thought it was going to be good. I'm also going to add another dama card that I honestly thought would be good. stellar wind wolf. level 9 synchro, 2500 atk, it gains 300 attack for each monster effect used, then when it hits 4000, (after 5 effects) it shuffles back itself and all your opponent's monsters. I realize it's pretty slow now but it just sounded so good when it came out

You can use Margin Trading to give your opponent Relay Soul. I'm pretty sure that's an extremely niche and very unrealistic scenario for that strategy to work, but that is an option.

What would have made reinforcement of the Army's troops a much better card is if its effect was something like: once per turn, during your standby phase, you can either special summon 1 level 4 or lower Warrior type monster from your hand or add one level 4 or lower Warrior type monster from your deck to your hand.

Laundry Trap at least sounds kinda good for Tearalaments once that comes out. Its like Grass, but slower. EDIT: Konami, if you want a good generic hand control card, just retrain Delinquient Duo. Make it, like, a trap or something. Either that, or make some fucking cards with good negation costs. Like, imagine if that Trading Deal card or whatever had a cost of "discard 3 to negate." Thats actually a cost that a player might think twice about.

That version I think has a clause to not be used in an official duel. If you're hoping for a Pole Position stalemate if it was legal, it could possibly be regarded as such. But most likely X000 would be treated as ? or 0 since it's literally a variable, and the way to increase ATK isn't enabled.

To defend Dispatchparazzi: You can summon it, slam it into your opponent's big guy and blow it up, it doesn't need to be attacked for that effect. Still a miserable card and I don't think I'd move it because of this but it's a function that was not mentioned.

Worse D.D. Warrior, D.D. Assailant, or D.D. Warrior Lady? Those can all be seached with ROTA, so you can basically have a quarter of your deck be monsters you crash into an opponent’s monster to banish it. Add in Warrior Lady of the Wasteland, Giant Ray, and Rookie Warrior Lady and you can search the hell out of them.

heros could mayby use the reinforcment. Summon stratos to blow backrow or search honest neos or shadowmist to grap a maskchange to further push. The topspot is a funny one. probely will always negated. the fun part bout it turn 1 is (if your opponent let it resolve), you can probaly scan the enemy deck and build your boord custom around it and, assumed, that you know the common ratios of that deck. predict the enemy hand.

I think Steel Star Regulator is better than Glacier Madoor simply because it has no restrictions on being used *as* a Link Material, and can be made with any three random tokens. Its effect isn't gonna matter much most of the time, but I think it might be worth using in a link climb deck that is based on tokens. It's probably better than Bellcat Fighter or Gaia in a token link deck. If the TCG ever gets Galaxy Tomahawk again the way the OCG does, it wouldn't be a terrible use for the tokens as it would come in as a 2800 that can pop an opponent's card then immediately link away for Accesscode as a 5300 beater...admittedly, the opponent isn't gonna die that turn because of Tomahawk's battle damage restriction, but I think it has potential uses that make it better that you give it credit.

the only good thing about steel star regulator is the arrows because if you use the right EMZ and put something the points diagonally towards the center zone like apollosa then you put steel star regulator in the center zone and then some other extra deck monster in the left EMZ then you have successfully extra linked your opponent so they can't use link monsters

Steel Star Regulator doesn’t have an up-right arrow though, and you can only extra link if you have a chain of co-linked monster back to the other extra monster zone. All the cards that actually have both up-diagonal arrows (like Topological Zeroboros and Flash Charge Dragon) that would potentially allow for a three card extra link also prevent you from summoning to the zones they point to.

@@davinator1212 It's a good effect that will never happen, so instead of playing a card that will just about always remove something, you are either playing a card that you will never activate or a card that will burn you. It has the potential to be a blow out, but as someone once said "consistency is better than power ceiling". If I only get to resolve this positively once every 30 duels when I could've played another removal card, then I've been playing a bad card. Activation condition can account for a lot.
