Doing a series in Azerbaijan would definitely be super high pressure. Showing one’s one country in the best light, without showing your bias is very challenging. It’s also harder to create random experiences when you know your surroundings too well. You feel like you’re at home and your mind is anchored to home.

Very nice video and restaurant, never been try thiese food but looks sooooooo yummy. the plov ...., must try it, soup also looks good ,and reasonable price , friendly and good service !!!! clean city and still green , the only things problem is mostly they dont speak english. Anyway like others , if you can make video azerbaijan someday especially Baku , it would be awesome 👍. I plan to visit Baku .

Also, plov in originally Uzbek food, beshbamak is Kazakh food and borsch is Ukrainian food. We do eat it all across post soviet countries, but we should remember where those food originally come from

Yea, but beshbarmak is not a Qazaq word. Our ancestors called this dish just Et, which means meat in English. Beshbarmak is a Kirgiz word actually.

Yeah looking like a good place to have a meal over there at this place to be honest Davud! But having said that, I have some reservations and objection at this time by being a Hindu person cause we are believed in Hinduism since our forefathers were being Hindu, nevertheless it doesn't relate to us as far as the food is concerned particularly those beef items . However, the place looks magnificent and the surroundings looks even remarkable without a doubt . The set up of this hotel or restaurant looks quiet satisfying too.
