Although, this may not come under your purview, kindly consider these and take appropriate actions. 1. Establishment of web site where the public can submit their innovative proposals. Sometimes, a single proposal out of thousands of not important proposals, could help take the country to the next level. 2. There are many things that the govt. can implement immediately to provide relief to public without incurring any cost. Kindly, identify those and implement. 3. "Digital Sri Lanka" ( which includes Unique Identification Number ) is one of the flagship programmes of the govt. Kindly allocate more resources to produce quick results with the participation of IT Universities for simple operations that harrase public.
