The issue stems from the fact that the UN headquarters is in NYC and nearly 1/3rd of its funding comes from the USA, basically there needs to be a meeting with other countries as to who can pick up their tab and the HQ needs to be moved to a more neutral nation and if the USA throws a hissy fit they need to consider removing their credentials because countries like the USA, Britain and Russia constantly interfering in matters involving themselves or their allies is just getting in the way of any accountability.
