If there is a crisis happening next to your borders and people are starving or being persecuted, it is your humanitarian duty to help them. Jewish people have a history originating out of the Middle East. That was their original homeland. Many Jewish people never left that part of the world. It's also considered the Holy Land to them. All of that aside though, there are many Jewish people who currently live in the US. I would be glad to have more of them in the US. They are industrious, create jobs wherever they go, and make good citizens.
