Pacey’s insecurities this season are difficult to watch but definitely make sense. He’s been told his entire life by literally everyone he knows that he’s a loser and that he’s stupid and he’ll never amount to anything. And now, the person he fell in love with, who he never thought he had a chance with because he thought she was one of those people, CHOSE to be with him and loved him back, despite all the “flaws” he sees in himself, actually because of those “flaws”. Joey doesn’t even see them as flaws. That kind of unconditional love can be really hard to process when you’re not used to it. Also, we talk about Pacey being down bad for Joey but Joey is just as much of a simp for him as he is for her. Remember in season 2 when she said she hated PDA and could never be that person who kisses their partner in public? If only season 2 Joey could see herself now lmao. And the “I’m not going anywhere without you.” She can’t even hide how crazy she is about him.

I really like this episode. The vulnerability of Pacey, the fact that Dawson overcomes his resentment, the vision of the couple of Joey, the simple discussion between Jen and Dawson at the end. Gretchen brings a lot of freshness, and Drue is very funny.

Hi I am starting a tv show called I Wish I Had Maxine and I spoke to my program about who these actors are going to be and what characters they are going to play and they told me that they will type what they wrote on paper and email it to their volunteer and then we’ll look at over and then we got to figure out a date for the practice and one for the show
