@@shrekeatscupcakes3918 the only reason people gain it all back is because sometimes they get bad eating habits and start eating way more then they should, if you keep the bad habits away you should only gain up to around 5 lbs back as it balances out

Are you taking sodium/potassium /magnesium? It's veeery important or you're gonna get sick, if you feel bad you should stop the fast.

@@Val.caligari I stopped it for 1 day, and i will do it again🤣🤣, no worries. I will do 7 days Water fast, and 1 day rest, i will lose weight by that.

I think the reason why he said it's not for weight loss is because you can easily gain back by eating normally (breakfast /lunch /dinner) everyday. However it sure is a weight loss technique you just have to make new system to your daily in take of food

And that's why no one should be eating breakfast lunch and dinner. It's completely unnecessary to eat that many times a day. Unless your solely eating veggies and fruit but even then it wouldn't be necessary to eat that many times
