There is a really good reason there are a lot of needed recovery of trucks. And those folks in Lithuania aren’t there helping out, they are there to dispatch U.S. drivers, along with the driver managers. And the two things are related. I just came off two weeks were the first week I worked 60+ hours and only got 2350 miles. The second week I worked 55+ hours and only drive 2000 miles. You’ll spend hour after hour sitting at customers docks off duty though. Your loads are short runs through mountains out East or sitting in traffic in Chicago multiple times per week. These dispatchers in Lithuania will be calling you multiple times per day, usually 6:30 in the morning while you’re trying to sleep or 6:30 in the morning on Saturday while you’re at home. Oh and don’t plan on getting home the Friday you’re due to be home. These dispatchers will tell you (in a Eastern European accent) “oh you just get home Saturday then. No big deal”. This company is terrible to drive for.

Man, unfortunately I had to come to the same conclusion. I posted an update on the channel about the mileage situation last night. I agree with your comment about the miles and time spent on these loads. Thanks for watching anyway though!

Sounds like all the other companies out there they beat you until you abandon their trucks all over the country you take home about 200.00 bucks per day for that amount I’d rather drive for Uber or Lyft and be home every day on my own terms but thanks anyway

Great info so you do OTR and hardly drive at night time that's great hey so what about the truck stops on your OTR routes are they pretty much clean and decent or do you have your own shower in your truck sleeper cab, are you planning to lease a truck and be an owner operator or just work as a company driver, does your truck have apu where you don't have to idle the engine to keep warm , do you have to pay toll out of your pocket or is the truck equipped with a digital transponder , do you get pay for dead head and Detention and is your truck and trailer equipped with weigh scale so you don't have the hassle of being held up at the weight station waisting time and money , do you just only use GPTRANSCO trailers and are they equipped with backup cameras ?

We get a fuel card...however I have not been asked to reimburse for fuel. 🤞🏾
