I have a frozen shoulder, and nearly half a year of physical therapy has done all it can for me, now I'm working on it myself, I'm doing the moves with just my left arm (the frozen one) which works best because I'm holding the phone with my good hand anyway 😄 I'm hoping I have the willpower to stick with the whole 21 days! It helps that you are so soothing to watch and listen to 😌💙

I have several mobility problems and autoimmune diseases. Always afraid to try new things wind up hurting more. With this this is not the case. It gets my mind calmer. Hopefully the flexibility will follow. This is something I can do and that feels amazing

The Bow step is used for many tai chi movements so it depends on the movement. We will break down all the components of Parting Horse's Mane Saturday during the live session including where to put the arms :)

Getting much easier. Hard to do two weeks free when doing the Tai Chi challenge. Is it possible to delay the two free weeks. Have not had time to try it yet.
