did this flow again but I found it a bit tiring today. Is it more beneficial to do a longer flow than a 15 minute one. I do one every day but is 15 minutes enough? Thank you

Absolutely! Any time you spend doing Tai Chi is beneficial and cumulative. Do what you can do, and go from there. :)
