Great videos. I enjoyed the Thai Chi flow as well as the exercise. Are the hips supposed to be slightly bent or softened with bird dogs? Thank you so much , Adam!

These have all been good exercises, especially for those people who aren't in shape. It would be nice if you would show the harder version of the exercises so that people who are in better shape know how to do them properly. The bird dog would be done kneeling on all four, for example. Thanks!

I’m really enjoying this challenge, thank you Adam! I am recovering from CFS/ME & working on slowly increasing my stamina & capacity in all areas. This challenge & your gentle approach is perfect for me, as focusing on just one strengthening exercise per day gives my body & mind time to adjust & accept that level of activity without pushing too far. I especially love the Tai Chi flows - your guidance is very clear & easy to follow, allowing that beautiful sense of flow & ease to arise whilst practicing. Looking forward to Day 4… 😊🙏🏻🌺

You are giving us a lifelong lifesaving practice. How can we not be grateful? I have very severe COPD just finished with pulmanary rehab, which did little to prepare for post-rehab. This series is perfect in both timing and content. I expect to be looking at your virtual face listening to your calm voice for the rest of my life. Thank you
