I’ve been at Amazon over a year now on the overnight shift. My biggest tip…. Stay Hydrated!! Your feet will hurt the first few weeks but it will pass! I keep ibuprofen in my pocket. Take advantage of the education benefits (GED, college, certifications, etc.). Keep an eye on your UPT (don’t go negative!). Stay positive!Take a deep breath! You’ve got this! 😊

Started amazon in August this year, moved from picking to stow in two weeks. Got asked to join Problem solve department in 3rd week. That's where I've been at. Became an LA in 2 months. If you take Attendance, Attitude and Achievement seriously, your opportunities at Amazon are limitless.

I been at Amazon for year But take You're time to get used with the environment. Know you're team leaders. Such as Area Manager and You're Process Assistance. Have positive relationships with you're manager and pa. Go to work everyday with positive mindset. Don't get hesitate to ask for help when you need a help. You have am and pa to help you. The hydration is always important. Cos you gonna be moving lot in wearhouse.

I just found your channel and I wish I had people with your energy and positive attitude in my department. I'm a PA in outbound at CLT3 and you would make the day so much brighter. Keep up the great work and stay positive. Come see us as CLT3! And you're absolutely right about coming into a new job with the right mindset and knowing what you're looking to get out of that job. You can tell the people that are just there for a paycheck, which is fine, and the people who are there for a career and have goals to continue moving up.

came back to this video an my 1 year is in 2 weeks. i’m currently being trained in Amnesty and jeez it’s fun asf in my opinion. Started as a Picker and i hated staying in the same place but love working with my hands so my AM pretty much asked me every week if i wanted Amnesty. i plan to be here a while, pay is good, benefits are good. get into the stock plan if you like stocks. it’s a good job trust me

You know it's kind of interesting, I did notice the orientation, a lot of people seem to distracted. However I do have a question, I'm currently waiting for the DSP to get back with me after I called them, to start the training. What should I expect next? I mean, I'm under the impression that they're really busy right now because of Black Friday for Amazon starting on the 18th which was today going all the way until the 24th. Do you think this might be why I haven't received training dates?? Background and Drug test are both completed and passed. I'm looking in the flex app and it says until I've completed those things I can't start the training, but I'm guessing that it's something that dispatch has to update manually. Already have an email saying that they're going to get me started but that was 3 days ago.

I’ve gotten hired at a warehouse that takes me an hour each way plus $20 a day in tolls to get to work as a seasonal employee and my shift is 6pm-4:30 am -40 hours a week. If I see an opening at one of the two warehouses near me how long do I have to work before I can transfer/apply to the closer location?

Yesterday was my second full day of stowing. After being hired last Thursday. (The 13th) And shit. I did 2300 items the whole night. Before first break I did 400. Then before 2nd break I did 500. Then when we were leaving, I did 1300. My supervisor said ''That's very good!".I was going super fast while it seemed like everyone else was like studying the pod.

Of course your welcome! Congrats on the new job might take your body a little to get used to it body I think its a job that you can capitalize off of for sure. And with the extra hours your usually able to start accepting OT after your out of your learning curve witch is a month if I remember correctly.

Honestly I don't know how the process works I've seen them let the good ones go and the bad ones stay but for the most part just do your job and keep your time right and you should hopefully be good.

At Amazon, you’re always in good company mostly because “your Learning Ambassadors” are usually very helpful, friendly, and will train you to do your job at a steady but efficient work pace. If you truly gotta use the restroom just find your Learning Ambassador’s, Process Assistant, or Area Managers and just ask politely to use the restroom. Try not to take advantage of it tho lmao! I notice every time when Amazon supervisors are gearing up for us to start picking and staging our carts/bags for the DSP drivers, all of sudden half the workers will start heading towards the bathroom and filling the stalls acting like they gotta go take a doo doo ahahahahaaha Yeeooo, also when the “blue coats” aka DSP drivers arrive just remember that their job is honestly, in my opinion a lot more stressful with each driver delivering up to 250-300 packages in a single day/night…..straight up warehouse is where it’s at .. I was doing Amazon Flex for a minute and got dam !!! I’d be done and wanting to go home after a “4hour delivery block” and I’d only have 150 packages hahahah but honestly if nobody is stressing within the warehouse usually everyone should be easily working at a steady pace. to all the new workers, stay 10 toes grounded, mind focused, stay positive, keep working hard to the best of your abilities, and throughout your shift stay hydrated. Before you know it, you’ll be trying to learn all different types of positions… stowers, P2B, dock workers, to the problem solvers, inbound crew be having fun. We are a team weather you dig it or not lol from the start of the day to the end of the day everyone should be helping one another out there for sure! let’s have a busy; tiring, fun, good spirited PEAK season this year 🤘🤤 Wassssss goooood 😅 LETSSSSSS MF GOOOOO!!!!! 🫡

Heeyyy SB I'm a new subby. Been watching a lot of you're videos I start Amazon FC at my city's 1st warehouse Nov 17th. You're videos are so helpful. I've seen a lot of the other " I quit Amazon after my 1st day videos " but I'm definitely not trying to be one of those people. You're tips are so helpful I definitely wrote them all down. I'm worried cuz I already have feet problems but I plan to go to foot doctor get some shots in my feet. Buy another pair of sneaks to switch back and forth from every other day and some good insoles for Plantar Fracitis in my feet. After doing all this I pray my feet will be okay.
