Day 15 - Dynamic Flow
Welcome to Week 3 of our 30-day yoga challenge, where we are building intensity and endurance! Today’s practice is a dynamic flow that will invigorate your body and mind.
What to Expect:
Sun Salutations to warm up and energize the body
Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 to build strength and focus
Peaceful Warrior to stretch and open the side body
Humble Warrior to deepen the stretch and enhance humility
Pyramid Pose to stretch the hamstrings and improve balance
Half Camel to open the heart and chest
Standing Forward Fold with Elbows Clasped to release tension in the shoulders and back
Tips for Today:
1. Flow with Your Breath: Synchronize your movements with your breath to maintain a steady and calming pace.
2. Ground Your Feet: Focus on grounding through your feet to create stability in standing poses.
3. Engage Your Core: Keep your core engaged to support your balance and protect your lower back.
