Welcome to the third week and day 15 of the ignite yoga program and yoga challenge by Breathe and Flow. We're so proud of you for joining us! Today we're starting strong with a 30 minute vinyasa flow class to open, lengthen and strengthen the body. We connect breath to movement. After that Flo is guiding you through a breathing exercise (pranayama) which is called nadi shodhana pranayama or also known as alternating nostril breathing. All of this prepares you nicely for the following meditation. We invite you to stay for the full length of this class, approach it with an open mind and open heart, be kind and patient to yourself and work with the body that you have today.
Our classes tend to be on the stronger side but we make them very accessible for all levels. Feel free to take breaks if you need to, pause the video if needed and join us when you're ready again. This is not a competition or if you can make it without taking any breaks. This is for you to feel good, move, breathe and perhaps be challenged both physically and mentally. Let's do this!

Damn guys! My body is really starting to find more easy at finding the pose but I can also notice that as I am more confident in the postures my muscles are also much more engaged which makes the practice even more exhausting but energizing and therefore the meditation even better as well! I never thought this could be yoga!! :O After the practice I always take a cold shower (in London!!), that's like my personal bonus lol! Thank you guys for leading me to this amazing path in my life!! Absolutely love this!

So glad to hear you enjoy the classes and you start to feel the effects so strongly! Keep up the great work and hopefully after the 28 days you have found a new routine and keep going :) Cold showers are amazing, what a fabulous start to the day. We'll pass through london around September/October this year btw!

I am amazed at how I can hold the side planks now! What a huge difference from when I started and I could barely even get into them, nevermind stay in them for any length of time! Amazing program. And happy new year! 🎆🎊

It is a strange feeling to be doing this practice with the sounds of sirens, helicopters, and loud pops in the background. I am so grateful that I started with Embark and haven't missed a day in the last 22 because this practice keeps me grounded and emotionally measured through all the chaos. Thank you so much. Day 15. Really struggled with my breathing today as it’s winter but getting better at holding poses almost able to keep all the planks with you guys 🧘‍♂️

Dear Bre and Flo, thanks for every day of this programme. I wanted to be lazy and skip today's practice. But at 10.30pm, I'd still not eaten dinner and that meant I really did want to roll open my mat. All thanks to the good memories of the past two Mondays. I'm feeling much better now, especially because the planks were much stronger and steadier this time.

Namaste. I'm still going. Poses are getting easier. I could actually breath out of my left nostril! Hopefully that part of my brain causing it to close is relaxing more. Still difficult to completely relax my left hemisphere. I know it's one way through the TV but know that we really do feel a connection with you guys because your delivery is so sincere and heartwarming. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

So I mayyy have taken a week's break. But instead of beating myself up for it, I'm kind of happy for myself because the rest really helped me, even if its not the traditional path haha. Thank you for another great practice!

This was a really tough one. Especially the long downward dog around 8:30 and the two full side planks (one around 9:15 and the other around 16:00). Had to pause the video on those.

Day 15 and I’m still practicing with you both. I wish I had started this years ago but I just couldn’t get myself into a yoga studio. Picked up many brochures though. I always felt like I had to do some pulse pounding aerobics or weights to be working out. I’m paying the price now with a bad back and bad knees. Your gentle yet challenging guidance is perfect and your introduction to meditation has brought me to another practice that I thought I’d never get into. Thank you again. I can’t wait to see what comes after this 28 day challenge. With love and gratitude, Namaste🙏🏽

I'm really into the meditation stuff, but regarding the practice of yoga, I really thank you guys for what you do. This day was difficult but i m proud i could do it! thanks again. I know now i ll finish the program!

You guys are doing a great job, thanks for sharing the classes. Due to a training injury I have to occupy myself with something else, and your yoga program is just perfect for that. I'll definetly keep doing Yoga after recovering, so I hope to see many more videos from you guys!

Hey guys! I am truly enjoying your classes and wake up ready to do them. I feel much calmer and my body doesn’t ache as much as it used to so a big thank you for that! I have a quick question; I started by doing your 10-15 minute morning routine and still do it followed by this series, should I continue doing so or can I just get into these classes as you do incorporate stretching before you start? Thank you once again!!

I finally did those side planks perfectly while breathing slowly. I feel so humbled. Is it normal that my back feels "stiffy" during this month? I don't feel pain, I feel like it's fixing my bad posture!

impossible for us to diagnose through a comment, if there is pain, see a doctor, otherwise perhaps do 1-2 days of rest or sleep more, perhaps your posture throughout the day (sitting??) is not the best? there is really a massive number of possibilities - sorry 🙏

i recommend meditating more, all the knowledge can be discovered in meditation. our favorite books are the power of now, the untethered soul and the alchemist.

a healthy body and healthy mind. true happiness from within. the only way to find out is to do it. the 28 day program is just a start and will give you a glimpse. yoga is a practice for life and a complete lifestyle done hopefully until your last day on earth.
