Could you do a sit down video where you talk about your journey with Pilates and how you progressed? For example, did you start out doing other beginner workouts on KZbin or go to classes? How hard was it for you initially? How quickly did you advance and when did you start adding ankle and wrist weights? What fitness goals do you have now? Etc.

i honestly fell in love with moving my body and i tried a lot of different workouts but i would have to say that pilates is my fav especially with madeline because it gets me burning and sweating but never leaves me out of breath like after a long run. And i feel very different mentally - i am finally happy with my body and i feel so much happier in general. Also it's probs just me being totally delulu or maybe because of my mental state i feel like there are visible changes too so anyways thanks madeline💗😻💕

Day sixteen complete! This was a bit difficult lol. I think it's because I went on a complete sugar binge yesterday (and this afternoon 😓) so I feel a bit...groggy. Anyway, I noticed midway through the workout that I'm finally beginning to get my form right! I'm starting to feel the burn in the appropriate places now! Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.

my mood is so bad these days; it’s the « another day of existing »’s mood yk ?( ・∇・) but everyday I take myself together and I do a practice. It’s one day at a time. For anyone here, things will get better, even though you are stuck for now, it doesn’t means it don’t move, you just can’t see it yet !! Take care of yourself, all together as we walk into our lifetime. We are great people with strong hearts, don’t forget to remind u/the other around you about that. ps: today’s practice was strooong hahahah(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

hello this is me in 25 dec 2024 day 1🌺💕 day 2🌺💕 (sooo dang fire) day 3🌺💕 (its realllyyyy hard for me) day 4🌺💕 (its end alreay??? i really enjoy lower pilates, im so happy^^) day 5🌺💕 day 6🌺💕 (its so hard, really, im in first period and this is came up, but im still happy^^) day 7🌺💕 (due to my internal problem, i can continue this plan after 5 days, my stocmach on fire✨) +i feel i cant leave pilates cause its makes me happy day 8 🌺💕 day 9 🌺💕 (i felt so sad today, i have to dealing my emotion, im trying so hard to finish today workout~) day 10🌺💕 (im soo happy cause i love doing abs workout hihi) day 11🌺💕 (i really enjoy work out now, im happy after finish this day, thankyou Madeleine ♡) day 12🌺💕 day 13🌺💕 day 14🌺💕 day 15🌺💕 day 16🌺💕

@@halloumaahlem-k4iu dont necessarily need to be on a diet to see results. At first i did pilates without any diet and i was eating lots of junk food and over 1500 calories and i still saw results! But now im in a calorie deficit and trust me its so much quicker and better :)
