I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

These workouts are thoughtfully designed and politely monetized (the ads never break up the workout). It's very kind of you to put them together. At 31:17, you have a minor editing error--the preview shows the previous exercise set. In the 15 prior workouts, I didn't see any glitches. Thank you.

These videos are amazing! I do your videos frequently, love that there is no talking and clear countdown/vocal beeps so you dont have to be looking at the screen to know when you're finished. Would you ever consider putting out videos targetting the butt and back of the legs?

Just curious, do you do only HIIT for your physique? Or do you also spend time in the gym? I usually incorporate 2-3 HIITS a week in conjunction with a LEGS, PUSH, PULL split that’s 3 days on 1 day off. I ALWAYS use your HIIT workouts because of the high quality production, easily readable text, and the helpful audio cue when an exercise starts and stops. I have tried to use other HIIT videos but yours are just TOO high quality, I’ve been spoiled. Glad you are providing all this free of charge, it’s genuinely amazing how much more inspired I became after doing your workouts. They motivated me more than you can know, and in the past 45 days I’ve lost 10lbs, while actually getting stronger PRs in the gym. Thanks!

I do this every second day - the other days, I do a 30 day yoga challenge and 15 mins of HIIT cardio (Sundays is my rest day) So I have 3 months of great exercise all round Coupled with a sensible diet and getting in shape is easy 👍🏻

Day 16 completed, watta workout, quiet a sweat fest , Targetting all the right areas, The lunge complex , squat and lunge complex really got my knickers in a wad🤣🤣🤣🤣 and heart beat racing faster, Didnt have any more strength left while doing ab complex, But my legs are better now in enduring pain , Thanks mate for guiding us through🙏

I really like your videos, they are very effective, challenging and show results! at least i see results and I am a girl. I was wondering if you could make a video for abs that is more small waist friendly, as I don't necessarily do some particular abs session as they work my waist outwards and gives me more block shape than hour glass shape. Or could be maybe a video with glute and female friendly abs :)) I don't follow all influencers as they workouts are ineffective and most of them do not know how to exercise properly. In my opinion YOU and the Glute guy are my holy grail channels every day, you make my life way easier as we can not use gyms at the moment. Home workouts rule! thank you for all that you do and keep on going as your channel is amazing!!

When it comes to abs if you want a smaller waist then focus on twist movements. Obliques are what you are looking for. Twist movements will tighten your "side abs" which will make your waist appear smaller. Here's a good starting point for you kzbin.infosearch?query=obliques. Try those for the next couple of weeks and let me know how it goes.
