I am finally getting eggs from three of our hens now! One is blue, one a darker brown and the newest a medium brown. I am so glad that I no longer should have a need to buy eggs at the store! We are getting closer to having the she-shed done so that is exciting. I cant wait to sit in it and relax with a book, cup of tea, and fire in the wood stove this fall and winter!

I roasted them all at one time and have them stored in the containers. Then all I have to do is dip out what I need for the bowl. I LOVE them as my cereal.
