You are my favorite yoga teacher by far; you've mastered the balance of not pushing us too much while still encouraging a challenging practice. During this time of social distancing, I got my mother to start doing yoga with me. We've been doing one of your videos every day for the past two months. The positive change you are bringing to our lives is immeasurable. And now my mom is trying to organize daily yoga for her office!

i love yoga and how healing it feels for my mind & body but I'm a true beginner. I've tried many 30 day yoga challenges but end up quitting along the way because the practice feels too advanced and I get pretty discouraged and down on myself about it. this practice is gentle enough that can follow all the way through. thanks so much!!!! i can actually commit to yoga now

Thank you for putting this beginners yoga videos out there public. I am starting completely over. I've been ill for a few yrs am now getting well but now have frozen shoulders from inactivity and this is the perfect start back to the practice I loved so much. Much gratitude and Love

Absolutely loving doing this with you, Kino. I've been doing yoga on and off for years, but this was the most helpful explanation I've come across for the simple but crucial transition from plank to chaturanga and upward/downward dog. Thank you so much! I started off not sure what to make of your lilting voice, 😋 but I love it now, it's like the sound of the wind in the trees! At times of stress, I just hear you saying "Alllllll is weeellllllllllllllllll..." 😍

Starting 7 months after these were posted. It is like coming home, stopped yoga for a while, like I got lost along the way, where you know what you need, but self sabotage just gets in the way. Starting from scratch again. But I couldn't be happier. Thank you Kino🥰

Thank you! For some reason I did not see this series until yesterday. So day 1 was the 12th of July for me . The first Vid had ads all the way through and was a little distracting from the practice. Day 2 just had an ad at the beginning, this was perfect! Even though this video was only 15 min long it still fatigued my shoulders. I have enjoyed your videos for a while now and was really needing a back to basics series to get my practice started again. Again thank you.

Hi Dawn. I’m sorry you feel that way. Are you a beginner and some of the poses were hard? If so, please let me know so I can learn. Everyone seems to have different opinions on what counts a beginner and I’d appreciate hearing some more specific feedback on what worked for you and what didn’t.

@@KinoYoga all of them 😓😩 I'm really not flexible and not strong. I had a wrist inflammation so it's really really hard to stay in plank pose. 🤭 The day 1 was easier
