Hey yogis, welcome to Day 1 of the Morning Yoga Movement 30 day challenge!! Our practice today is a simple 10 minute full body stretch great for beginners. No props are required for this class so you can just get started right away. In just 10 minutes you will stretch the whole body and find more energy for the day ahead.

I had open heart surgery 12 weeks ago. I am starting back to yoga with the 30 day challenge today. I have practiced yoga with you since the start of the pandemic. Thank you for helping me stay fit. Made my recovery a lot easier. 🙏

Good morning! I'm so happy I found you here. This would be day 1 of the morning yoga for me. I've started the stretch yoga for beginners 3 days ago and I've started with bedtime Yoga yesterday (Day 1). I have no incorporated 3 sessions of Yoga a day in my daily routine and I love it. I feel rejuvenated and healthy ❤

I am 16 and starting the challenge today! As a girl with asthma, it's hard to find an exercise suitable for my lungs, and yoga is perfect! Not only does yoga work my muscles and flexibility, but it also works my breathing, and helf my asthma as I get the exercise I need every morning! Thank you so much for this, you gave no idea how your videos have affected my life. 💛🧘‍♀️💛

#goodmorning I am starting this challenge again this year. I didn't finish it last year, but enjoy doing the 10 minute morning practices as they are just long enough for me. I am 71 years old and love all Kassandras videos and I have her two books as well. I will see if I can finish this time, but no pressure on myself and if I miss a day here and there, I will just continue on where I left off. Thank you Kassandra for all of what you do 🙏❤️

Have been consistently doing yoga every morning for a month now. It makes a difference in how I feel the rest of the day. Kassandra's calming voice /her instruction helps me to stay focused = why she is my favorite you tube yoga instructor.

Hi. I have just completed 2 weeks of 10 min yoga classes with you each morning on you tube and now just signed up for the 30 day yoga challenge. I have been doing yoga for many years but often only one class a week, or at times when I have done more than this have not felt able to sustain it due to other lifestyle factors. I have therefore loved doing this for 10 mins a day in addition to my one class a week. It has always been manageable however busy I am. I am getting older now and starting to feel a bit creaky at times but this has made me feel physically so much better as well as starting the day in a psychologically better place. I really want to continue this in the longer term now that I can see how manageable it is and how much better it makes me feel each day. Thank you so much for offering this, I am very grateful! X

I absolutely love this challenge. I've done it every year at some point when I felt disconnected from my body. This is a great way of going back on track. #goodmorning so glad I got to start this day and this 30 day “challenge “ I love the 10 min morning practices. I start my day with at least 10 min practice if I’m working out and if it’s an off day at the gym I do 30-45. Thank you for making great videos and I noticed how you are now changing angles. That will be very helpful for beginners and people like myself who are always trying to get every position correct!!

My whole schedule has been off and I’ve missed doing regular Yoga and with being stuck at home and the stress of life I’m ready to get back into this practice. Starting a new routine with #goodmorning will be such a huge help. Thank you Kassandra

#GoodMorning this is my second time to do this 30 day challenge. I remember the first time I did this day 1, I was having a hard time finding my balance and holding out the poses. I am bow seeing the results when I first finished this challenge. So happy ❤

Hi! I usually practice early in the morning and it was almost midday here in Spain when you posted your video due to the time difference. Not a problem at all though, I started with another short video of yours this morning and will do this one tomorrow. I can't wait!!! Thank you for doing this 😁👍

#GoodMorning I've just started to add yoga to my health regimen after being in a car accident and gaining weight, having back problems, etc. This is the first video I've tried to follow along with and it's made me realize exactly how much work I have to do. I didn't end up lasting the full 10 minutes, but this is definitely something that is going to help me and I appreciate you posting these. I look forward to following along!

Suggestion, do a series to learn each pose by itself and gear it for beginners who haven't done this, so people can learn how to get into the poses in your other videos quickly and not fall behind.

#GoodMorning I love your 10 minute flows. They are so easy to fit into a busy day, whether it's actually in the morning, or a few hours before bed. I've done this series twice, and now I am doing every video for an entire week to really get the concepts in my mind and get the most benefit from practicing the poses! This is day 3 of "day 1"! I am going to be "calm and centered" all week!
