4 years ago I started with Hoy he is the epitome of healthy fitness! I know many bodybuilders that I don’t believe could last 10min. Muscle doesn’t mean health! Healthy mean health! I obviously follow you on this new channel😉It's very early here in France, my underneath neighbor's bedroom is under my living room (sorry..WO room😎), and my joints are old (only 43 y.o.but maaaaaaaany years of overtraining🙄), so I had to modify some moves (either your mod window or ...my own one😀). But I had so much fun ! ! Thank you for bringing us so great content ! !Btw, I find that your shoulders and arms are more muscular than last year💪💪

Thanks Sophie. The estimated calories burned for this workout is 155-326 calories. I've included the estimated calories on the bottom right of the screen where it says "Min and MAX", guess it should have put "calories" there because Min MAX makes no sense. I also include the calories in description if you're curious about other workouts 👊❤️
