i love how soft and relaxing this was. I have the tendency to overdo it in a lot of aspects. Even in this yoga challenge I noticed I didnt start when it first uploaded so i wanted to binge it and do a few days in one day in order to catch up. During this practice, I realized this is not what what this is about. The fact that i even got on the mat today is enough and it will be enough for the rest of this challenge. Cant wait to continue.

Things I appreciate about this : the alignment with the chakras, your use of the Sanskrit terms for the asanas (so I can remember them), your use of affirmations at the end in alignment with the chakras & the encouragement of modifications. Day 2 was right on time. As we go into the end of the week that mundane feeling begins to take over, then BOOM, Nico is here to remind us to get grounded...with this practical exercise. Tonight, I was able to release thoughts of the day, of the chaos going on in the world and reconnect by grounding myself back to where I belong, the Earth. We as souls ultimately chose this moment to be here for a reason and by being grounded we're able to hear clearer, just what that purpose is. Heyyy everybody, we made it to day 2, I got this, you got this...WE GOT THIS! Stay grounded.

I've been struggling to be consistent with my practice because of recent stress that has triggered deep rooted trauma. I see my practice as an important aspect of self care but when I experience severe acute depression I feel like I need to force myself and that takes aware from the positivity that yoga gives me. My therapist suggested I ease back into it. Even if it is just 5 minutes a day. This challenge is EXACTLY what I need. I am excited about YOU! you are a breath of fresh air from so many other KZbin yogis. Cheers to you!!

As a man I never really thought about my hips until I felt them on day 1 of the challenge. I couldn’t even sit with my legs crossed comfortably. After just 2 consecutive days, I am more flexible then I have ever been. Looking forward to the rest of the journey. Thank you

Talk about an amazing teacher and amazing practice 👏 I love the calm, slow guidance through each pose and how nothing is rushed. Too often with classes I’ve found myself struggling to keep up with the constant, fast pace transitions whereas this was more steady and allowed me to settle into those positions and actually feel grounded. Love this challenge and I’m so happy I found this channel!! I’ve never practiced 30 days in a row but I will do it!!

Peace! I had to complete day 2 in the evening before bed and I'm so glad I did! I feel grounded and reminded that "I am protected & guided, safe & secure".
