Day 23! The way I move and feel in my body has in improved so much. I absolutely loved this challenge and I’m so happy I pushed through to get to this point. Can’t wait to get to day 30

After taking a yin break and then a total break for a few days post physical therapy, my intuition told me to come back to the challenge, and I'm so glad I did! This was one of my favorite practices -- I loved the sequence of Warrior 2 - "crossed leg" Forward Bend - Tree Pose and how you brought it all the way back after moving through a Vinyasa on the other side. Though it is taking me longer than the average person to get through this challenge, I realized that's okay and that I can be kind to myself for moving at a much slower pace because it feels good to keep going. Thank you Nico! 💜

This was such an excellent winding down after a busy day practice for me, wasn't able to hit it until 6 tonight but I feel great, and glad I did it🎉. I feel more at ease with being able to handle whatever stresses are in my life, my body feels more connected to the flow of the practice if that makes sense, and I am able to approach things with more calm and confidence; when I say I'm going to do something I don't feel overcome in actually getting it done. Yoga and particularly the way you lead it, truly calms me and it's my go to, for calmness.😊. Jai Namaste 🤲🏾🥰🌹🤲🏾.

Thank You Nico! I especially enjoyed tree pose and those forward folds this morning. I went for a hike yesterday and my muscles needed deeper stretches this morning. I actually missed this session but I'm glad that I came back to it. This daily challenge has been deeply inspiring. I plan to continue practicing yoga with your videos daily (or almost daily) even when the challenge is over. Thank You for making Yoga accessible to everyone. I'm especially encouraged as a middle aged Black woman. I fell in love with Yoga and continued to practice since 2013. Now that I am entering Menopause and my body is changing, it is especially important for me to have yoga and healthy eating in my daily routine. I feel the difference. 🥰💜

When you said ‘visualize the color..’, somehow magically the color of indigo popped up in front of my closed eyes before you even uttered the word ‘indigo’. Gratitude to stumbling up on this challenge during my lif challenge. Im grateful to be able to stay committed to yoga this go around. My body feels lite and im able to hold poses effectively. I'm again doing this as a night session after a day of all kinds of things that had me on edge...mostly in traffic. Great stretching for teh extras in the hips. The lean back tends to activate my kundalini so I get wobbly QUICK! This all really made me feel calmer. WOW!! 7 days left! How did I get here! LOL! Day #23 Ooooweeeee!!! Thankh you Nico Marie! Only to discover that I am afraid to admit to myself of how I really feel and think on the inside. This gets in the way of listening and trusting my intuition. As I joined the challenge late I am currently on this one today, but I wanted to add that I do notice quite a big difference already! My body is feeling stronger and even looking toned, I notice i have become more flexible again and it is getting easier for my mind to calm down during shavasana. Thank you so much for doing this, it's helped me get back on track with yoga :)

Enjoyed today's practice a lot. I think I can see difference in my arm strength. The plank- lower down -updog- down dog sequence (lower through vinyasa?) has helped build strength.
