Day 23! The way I move and feel in my body has in improved so much. I absolutely loved this challenge and I’m so happy I pushed through to get to this point. Can’t wait to get to day 30

After taking a yin break and then a total break for a few days post physical therapy, my intuition told me to come back to the challenge, and I'm so glad I did! This was one of my favorite practices -- I loved the sequence of Warrior 2 - "crossed leg" Forward Bend - Tree Pose and how you brought it all the way back after moving through a Vinyasa on the other side. Though it is taking me longer than the average person to get through this challenge, I realized that's okay and that I can be kind to myself for moving at a much slower pace because it feels good to keep going. Thank you Nico! 💜

This was such an excellent winding down after a busy day practice for me, wasn't able to hit it until 6 tonight but I feel great, and glad I did it🎉. I feel more at ease with being able to handle whatever stresses are in my life, my body feels more connected to the flow of the practice if that makes sense, and I am able to approach things with more calm and confidence; when I say I'm going to do something I don't feel overcome in actually getting it done. Yoga and particularly the way you lead it, truly calms me and it's my go to, for calmness.😊. Jai Namaste 🤲🏾🥰🌹🤲🏾.

This was the nice juicy stretch that I needed for today! I’ll definitely be doing it again later. I’m so excited to see the progress in my poses. Thank You Nico! I especially enjoyed tree pose and those forward folds this morning. I went for a hike yesterday and my muscles needed deeper stretches this morning. I actually missed this session but I'm glad that I came back to it. This daily challenge has been deeply inspiring. I plan to continue practicing yoga with your videos daily (or almost daily) even when the challenge is over. Thank You for making Yoga accessible to everyone. I'm especially encouraged as a middle aged Black woman. I fell in love with Yoga and continued to practice since 2013. Now that I am entering Menopause and my body is changing, it is especially important for me to have yoga and healthy eating in my daily routine. I feel the difference. 🥰💜

Peace. So far this challenge has improved my body on so many different levels. I can see the improvements and I’m remembering a lot of the poses by name. I’ve gotten even more in touch on a spiritual level and overall my mind has really enhanced to another level. So grateful that I was able to find your channel

I feel like my body is toning. I feel that I'm handling stress a lot better at work and I look forward to this everyday it's a really great way to unwind and to release any negative thoughts I'm. I really appreciate this challenge ☺️ this is apart of my daily self care routine Thank you ❤️

This is such an exciting experience. Thank you so very much Nico for this vid. When you said ‘visualize the color..’, somehow magically the color of indigo popped up in front of my closed eyes before you even uttered the word ‘indigo’. It really gave me goosebumps when I realize you did the most wonderful job leading me to that dimension of calmness and intuition. Everyone of your vid blesses my life. Thank you so much again ❤❤

Gratitude to stumbling up on this challenge during my lif challenge. Im grateful to be able to stay committed to yoga this go around. My body feels lite and im able to hold poses effectively. Although my mind is still in a frenzy. I choose to get up and hit my yoga to give my mind a break. Thank you for this challenge. Hoping there is more to come. Peace and love.

I'm again doing this as a night session after a day of all kinds of things that had me on edge...mostly in traffic. Great stretching for teh extras in the hips. The lean back tends to activate my kundalini so I get wobbly QUICK! This all really made me feel calmer. WOW!! 7 days left! How did I get here! LOL! Day #23 Ooooweeeee!!! Thankh you Nico Marie! There has been a war going on between the one feeling defensive and the inner critic. That war is something that my consciousness doesn’t want to deal with and checks out from the present moment. Only to discover that I am afraid to admit to myself of how I really feel and think on the inside. This gets in the way of listening and trusting my intuition. It’s time to make peace with the power of my awareness from a place of love and compassion. Programming my mind to love

As I joined the challenge late I am currently on this one today, but I wanted to add that I do notice quite a big difference already! My body is feeling stronger and even looking toned, I notice i have become more flexible again and it is getting easier for my mind to calm down during shavasana. Thank you so much for doing this, it's helped me get back on track with yoga :)

Enjoyed today's practice a lot. I think I can see difference in my arm strength. The plank- lower down -updog- down dog sequence (lower through vinyasa?) has helped build strength.
