Because of this challenge I not only do yoga everyday but in addition to that, I LEARN every damn day something new. About asanas, Pranayama, chakras, Yoga in general and.. I learn something about myself. Reconnecting with something deep inside me that I thought I've lost and still be able to discover it completely new. Thank you for your incredible work!

I'm so grateful! I woke up today and thought I'm gonna work on my Sacral Today! I grabbed an orange shirt when I got ready & moved to my mat! When I read Sacral Chakra Yoga, I thought YES of course! Then when you reminded us of ORANGE, I thought YES again! I love this alignment. By the end I felt so in tune with my energy and calm. Thank you for your guidance!

Yoooooo I feel like your yoga syncs with my life. Literally was just discussing repressed feelings in the body. When doing the hip opening I felt a release of emotions on my left side and it explained so much. Thank you for the mudra! I truly appreciate all the light and love you add spiritually to your videos. It is felt.

Challenge, this should be called Fire 😅. I am gratefu to God and so proud of myself how I trusted my body, told myself I am strong, and used my breath as you instructed. I am typically afraid that I will fall but wow, I allowed myself to believe that I am holding myself up safely and for the first time did wild thing without modification. 🙌🏽💪🏽💃🏽😄. This was in alignment with my emotions and feelings yesterday, as I released some that no longer served me, then to see this practice was 🤯 we hold energy throughout our body, first acknowledging versus repressing those emotions are vital. Releasing to be free, thank you for this confirmation and alignment it was much needed.

I'm really grateful I get to experience your practice and this challenge is bringing me back to consistency with yoga and self-care. I love that you talk about emotions in a balanced way, encompassing negative and positive, as often as a society (especially within the spiritual community) we tend to avoid talking about negativity because "love and light" right? Welp I cried a little bit when you said to let whatever emotions we’re feeling arise but not succumb to it. I think I was seeing my emotions as an inconvenience and was trying to not acknowledge them, especially sadness or anger 😮💨Nico you’re really helping me stay committed to something again even if just for myself right now. I feel some soreness in my shoulders but like in a good way

I'm 46 and starting to realize I'm not invincible and I've lost so much strength and mobility the past few years. Not just strength and not just mobility, but strength IN mobility. Moving funny hurts now! Yoga has never been on my radar but it's been coming up more and more. I'm intrigued. Still wrapping my head around it but I like the idea of what you're doing.
