Did someone ask the Pennsylvania State Police guy if THEY have records of radio logs that the Secret Service "lost"?
@skeetorkiftwon2 ай бұрын
This whole "investigation" is a waste of time. They've admitted they had an officer see the shooter "while doing a pull up and having the rifle aimed at him so he dropped down MINUTES NOT SECONDS before." The Average 100m time for all age groups is 14 seconds. That very same cop could have run all the way to Trump in around a minute. The radio to the other officers would have taken 5-10 seconds, the relay to secret service via the onsite radio coordinator another 5-10 seconds, and getting him off stage another 20 seconds. MAX. There isn't a single opsec environment where a 500 yard radius isn't maintained because that's the average person's capable range with common rounds like .556, .308, and 30-06 before the bullet starts to drop to the point that skill and an understanding of windage and drop come into play. There's no debate. That these points aren't made, these questions not asked, the simple common knowledge at every shooting range in the country is not immediately brought to bear is proof that either: The entire Secret Service and Congress are completely devoid of common gun knowledge and ARE NOT informed by even average gun owners, let alone police, military, private security, gun manufacturers, gunsmiths, etc etc. Or: They're all lying and covering up easily accessible information.

Viva, that Congressman that had to go to another hearing and that got his 5 minutes moved up and out of order, then asked the more specific and tactical questions is Morgan Luttrell. His brother is Marcus Luttrell, who was the Navy Seal that the movie "Lone Survivor" was about. Morgan himself was also a Navy Seal. There are reasons that his questions are more detail oriented and probing instead of just grandstanding.

The shooter's position could not have been outside the secure perimeter if there were agents inside the building he was on. Regardless, the building was a threat and should have had a visual obstruction in place.

House Republicans are interviewing FBI Director Chris Wray about the failure of the FBI and Secret Service, but are getting nowhere yet again, as he keeps claiming that he doesn’t have the answers and that the investigation is ongoing. He also keeps repeating the mantra that “you will have to defer to the Secret Service.” The former Director of the Secret Service kept repeating the mantra “you will have to defer to the FBI.” Each incompetent agency passes the buck to the other incompetent agency.

Considering that Thompson has previously stated openly and publicly to the point where there's video of him saying it, that the bill WAS specifically targeted at President Trump? For him to now say it had nothing at all to do with Trump?

I hate that KZbin adds "context" labels which have nothing to do with the content of the video. Like the Wikipedia (an unreliable source) link to an article about the attempted assassination of president Reagan on a video about a hearing on the attempted assassination of president Trump as if something that happened in 1981 is what happened in 2024.

Mark my words, they're going to explain this conspiracy away with "communication gaps." Why was the roof with clear line of sight left empty - gaps. Why was the rally allowed to continue when you knew there was a suspicious person at large - gaps. Why was the shooter allowed to fire 8 shoots before he was neutralized - gaps.

I seriously wish people saying this understood how legislation works. They can't just go arrest people except in very narrow circumstances. These hearings are to help in policy making AND in this specific case, it's recorded for a non feckless DOJ to prosecute people who have actually committed crimes. They know nothing immediate is going to come from it. But the same people bitching nothing will come from this, are the same who will throw a fit if they don't hold these hearings.

Viva, did you hear about this yet? The Call, to save Canada in 2024, with the million letter campaign to the Governor General of Canada is soon on its way. One of the last founders of the Eco Guards Organization, a former NB Green Party Candidate from 2014, is creating an exceptional digital work, that will hopefully compel over a million Canadian's to write letters, that will hopefully cause an election this years. But only if true freedom loving Canadian get involved and support those efforts. By the way, this person was noted for his great volunteerism for the homeless and soup kitchens in the late 1970’ and 1980’s, before it was considered an human based industry. But also for his Local, National and international exploits in the late 1980's and 1990's as Captain Patriot, with his Re-purpose plastic and Kevlar colorful Red and White body armor. It's time, to stand on guard with me, and bring common sense back to Canada. Watch for it, Soon.

When you are the perimeter you can never be "inside" the perimeter. Once the perimeter team moves, so does the perimeter. Fences are pretend perimeters but when the posted guards are inside the fence the actual perimeter is inside the fence. Possibly the best shooting position on the whole scene was the roof of the second story building. The best location from within the perimeter was the roof that was protected from behind. Imagine the shooter just walked into the building and used a window. The counter sniper teams would have been absolutely useless. Which is why the security perimeter must include access to the buildings, the buildings and any locations given cover by the buildings. All of those cups who will shoot innocent people while swearing they know everything about the law and they have such a dangerous job. But none of them could see the obvious security issues. Recognize the ready and apparent dangers and conflicts these security measures invited. What would the police do to an innocent person exercising their rights to open carry in protest against any infringement. The most fundamental of interest for the nation and the purpose of the government. To provide, protect and pursue the preservation of individual rights essential to a society of free people. And how would police/security react to these rights? Violence, threat, fear and aggression. Or respect, caution and observation? Will they be fast enough should the person truly have nefarious intent? Would they be fast enough if they never see the threat? When they mentioned prison not being a safer place, you can ask Epstein's family about that. The point most highlighted is that the more liberty is denied and custody enforced, the less freedom and security any person has. Whether it be a controlled security perimeter, gun free zone, a school, gun free zone or a secure location, gun free zone. The safety of any person and all people are at the pleasure of the state, the system and the individuals controlling that system. Bottom line is, the people are the police, the police are but people paid to give full attention to matters of import to all. The general attitude of Trump is a cop loving bootlicker. Had the cops said grab that guy, everyone would have. On the other hand, even though many people saw something objectively suspicious, every one of them deferred to authority rather than acting individually. Relying on presumed competence, expertise and most importantly, intent. Rather than risking personal liability charged by the exact same entity. Are people more afraid of facing danger or of facing legal consequences and civil liability? Afraid to act based upon probable or possible government reaction. What would this look like if some bystander hero had run to jump up on the roof and some officer had shot him? How much more intent would apply to the security detail if they had prevented the prevention of an assassination. Fortunately there was no one who took it upon themselves to act where government was failing for one reason or another. No one acted, no one prevented the attempt. No one got killed ...except they did. And here we are, deferring to titles for answers and truth.
