I rocked this Tabata! This is so wonderful for beginners. Although I'm fairly experienced, I was coming down with a bit of headache and didn't feel I could do Chris' regular cardio class today, so this was PERFECT. Would be great for a recovery day too, or a day where you just don't have it in you to do something more. Thank you, Chris!

Love this Tabata workout! Have done Tabata previously but I have a problem pushing myself to repeat moves 3-4 times in rounds. Really got my heart rate up. Will definitely keep this workout on repeat. Thank you Chris!👵
