I rocked legs and abs, and I'm a seasoned weight lifter and still got loads of great tips following along. Amazing how much importance on form one can forget or get lazy about, until you go back to the beginning. Fantastic queuing and thank you for the side profile views that always helps me a lot. You deserve a round of applause for freely giving of your time and knowledge👏👏👏

I rocked legs and abs. Shorter duration classes are really motivating me not to miss a weighted workout, looking forward to the (English) summer and I can show of my legs in those daisy duke shorts 😁😁Many thanks.

Used this as a sort of rehab workout for bad ankle and was pleased that I could do most of it. Squats and dead lifts are no problem but this is the first time I could tolerate lunges ( and without a chair!) even though I had to do without weights for the second round. l rocked it! BTW great shoes!

I rocked legs and abs , decided to try this . Loved it. Got a few different issues going on with my back and right side, trying to get answers. Anyway, enough about my ailments. Hope you’re enjoying your time off, I’m leaving for a cruise on Friday afternoon. Thank you Chris for all your knowledge and creativity. ❤❤❤❤😊

I rocked the legs and abs on day 24. Thank you so much for these workouts. I started going to the gym in my early 40s and did different classes every day which were very similar to what you have been providing. Covid happened and our gym shut down And even though it’s reopened, we have never gotten back to classes. I am so thankful for these videos you’ve provided because prior to this I was mostly doing cardio from KZbin videos I found and really didn’t have a plan with structure. I am now 62. So I do believe you are never too old!!

Rocked it, Sista Sledge! What's really cool is that today was the first time I was able to do all of the weighted lunges without struggling with my balance to the point that I had to flail a bit to right myself. They were tough, but SO exciting to see that my balance has already improved! YESSSSS!!!!

I ROCKED legs and AB’s on Day 24.:.it’s so nice to revisit the form of lifting weights…I think when you’ve done it for a while you get too comfortable and think you remember the proper form but you actually don’t…I didn’t realize it until today…thank you soooo much for bringing me back to the right way!!! You ROCK!!! 🤙😁

I really appreciated that full body warm up as I do my workouts within 30 minutes of waking. It really helped wake up my body to get ready for weights/

I rocked legs and abs. I actually have mastered those lunges at last. My knees feel so much better now I use correct form, might be slower but heaps more comfortable, I’m so greatful for this. Thankyou ❤

I rocked legs and abs and have to tell you a little story: I fell with my bike (you know I'm Dutch) and made a perfect roll to break the fall. So glad I also do my stretches!

Rockin legs and abs on Day 24. I went heavier on some moves and no weights on stationary lunges because of my funky knees. Loved the 30 minutes.

I rocked legs on day 24. 🦵🏻 Abs, not so much. Yesterday I worked hard on some farmwork. I was exhausted. So I had to do this workout on day 25. I had a hard time lifting myself on the crunches do I just kept my feet on the floor. 👌🏻 I'm sure it's just some muscle fatigue. ❤
