I rocked legs and abs, and I'm a seasoned weight lifter and still got loads of great tips following along. Amazing how much importance on form one can forget or get lazy about, until you go back to the beginning. Fantastic queuing and thank you for the side profile views that always helps me a lot. Used this as a sort of rehab workout for bad ankle and was pleased that I could do most of it. Squats and dead lifts are no problem but this is the first time I could tolerate lunges ( and without a chair!) even though I had to do without weights for the second round. l rocked it! BTW great shoes!

I started going to the gym in my early 40s and did different classes every day which were very similar to what you have been providing. Covid happened and our gym shut down And even though it’s reopened, we have never gotten back to classes. I am so thankful for these videos you’ve provided because prior to this I was mostly doing cardio from KZbin videos I found and really didn’t have a plan with structure. I am now 62. So I do believe you are never too old!!

Rocked it, Sista Sledge! What's really cool is that today was the first time I was able to do all of the weighted lunges without struggling with my balance to the point that I had to flail a bit to right myself. They were tough, but SO exciting to see that my balance has already improved! YESSSSS!!!!

I rocked legs on day 24. 🦵🏻 Abs, not so much. Yesterday I worked hard on some farmwork. I was exhausted. So I had to do this workout on day 25. I had a hard time lifting myself on the crunches do I just kept my feet on the floor. 👌🏻 I'm sure it's just some muscle fatigue. ❤
