DrShefali The best thing about this pandemic is discovering your talks. Anthony De Mello said that no one wants to grow up. I think that the most important education the spiritual truths you teach have not been given the importance that is essential for humans to evolve. I was brainwashed in the Catholic religion and trained to be a robot. I have been shedding old beliefs and conditioning for decades and I am still learning that it is moment by moment awareness. Ego or higher self. I am so happy to have found your teachings and I recognise the truth of what you teach. I am so grateful for the teachings that come through you and what I especially like is that you do not see yourself as the enlightened guru. You invite us to walk the path with you. You do immense good in the world. thank you

This is really helping me. I've been with you for 24 days. My daughter was missing for an hour this morning. I wanted to keep cool but I was so scared and I cried and I yelled. And then I let it go and calmed myself on the drive. And then I got lost on the drive, cutting short my time with my friend. EXHAUSTING

Thank you for showing up. Last night , my 8 year old suddenly turned into an angry boy and kept attacking both parents incessantly for 30 mins. Grateful to you for your teachings, I handled him calmly within n without ...but in this process what I felt that that my inner was angry, upset , hurt...how to make both inner n outer as one. It is so strange. Inner is in turmoil but outer is calm

Dr. Shefali, I understand the connection you make between the macro and micro life spheres and the rotten foundation of the USA which won't get healed until it does some work of consciousness with itself, exactly like we, who must do it personally. My question is related to your own emancipation. You have come to the USA out of your own choice leaving behind you, your motherland, India, and your purpose when you moved, I assume, was to live the life of a free and independent person ( the same dream dreamt by millions of others arriving at America). Do you think that by staying in India 27 years ago, you would still be the same Dr. Shefali? Look, I am not against you, I truly believe that your ideas are brilliant and the way you present them is extremely elocant and despite the unconscious side of America you have grown and developed into such an unusual human being. Now as a free person, it is so easy to blame and you can blame and blame endlessly, nothing will be done to you. Isn't that a beauty of living in free country (although it's unconscious )?

You are incorrect in your acessment of who's backs America was built on. I find your statements to be untrue. America was built on the free labor of black people for over 300 years. You don't know real american history so stop quoting on something that you have no idea about.
