That sign at Low Moor is great, always good to see unique signage at stations, people never seem to notice them. Lovely paced video once again G !

Today's journey plan leads to Leeds! I'm looking forward to a trip on a heritage line tomorrow - should be a ride on a Class 108. Edit next day: it's not a 108 - I'm currently on a Pacer! (Class 144 to be precise.) Squeaks and rattles aplenty!

Love seeing the side entrance to Leeds station next to the water. The first time I ever went to Leeds was by train to meet up with a friend who lived there. When I got there that was the exit I used because I had no idea how to leave the station. I phoned my friend to let her know I'd arrived and asked her where she was and she didn't have a clue where I was! She'd never heard of that exit before. I had to go back into the station (with the help of a kind staff member because my QR code no longer worked because I'd scanned out, but he'd witnessed my whole fiasco) and I eventually found the main exit. I've been back to Leeds a few times and I still have no clue how I made it out that way 😭 It is beautiful though!

Low Moor railway station is pretty new since it was first built. Maybe Northern and Network Rail should reopen more new railway stations in the North of England. And to reopen some of railway lines that were closed during the Beeching Axe.

Caught one of those new trains at New Pudsey to Leeds a few years back and because of the curvature of the platform it was quite a high step up onto the train. Poor lady with a pushchair had to have help to lower it off the train. Love those waiting rooms though, surprisingly decent little station. Is it just me or does Leeds station have gloomy lighting? Unless it's gotten better since my last visit.

My ex lives in Bradford, so I visited Bradford Interchange rather a lot for a while. I also walked past Low Moor less than a year before it was opened, but I've never visited it by train, or taken the opportunity to do Bramley or New Pudsey (one of the two actually appeared in an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus). At some point, I'll go and stay with her family for a few days again (on an airbed in their living room), so I can tick off more WYPTE stations. Odd you came into 16. 16 is usually used for westbound TPE services, as you say. But we all know how unreliable TPE are... Question is, have you used platform 0 yet? (0 was actually signed as platform 1 when I last visited, as they built 0 and opened it, then closed 1 to refurbish it. I've seen Doncaster and Kings Cross platform 0s, but never used them.)
