I never was a huge fan of upper body until I met you! It's now much easier and pleasant to workout arms and chest! Love love love this sesh, specially AMRAP!

Tough one for our shoulders. I have to change weights often for upper body because repeated should dislocations have left me quite weak. But hey! I did it! Even finished 5 AMRAPs!

Just fnished this now 💪 it feels so good. I was nervous when you mentioned AMRAP i thought it is going to be the same in past workout video, and feel relieved when it is more of using arms and upper body. The exercises doesn't feel hard to follow but what makes this difficult for me was the using of weights, repitition and push up exercise. I also finished the day 26 but forgot to comment 😅. I also relate to the feeling of imbalances between left side and right side lower body. It always bothered and sometimes confused when exercising using left side. Even if there's no other equipment except for the dumbbells, which feels frustrating, it is still hard and your going to sweat a lot. I was also confused on the exercises on what will be the position of my right and left leg, and I hope I didn't repeat twice. It was a difficult workout yesterday (day 26), and I'm proud to finished it 👍. ✅ Day 26 done - 8/7/24 ✅ Day 27 done - 8/8/24

Perfect. I love an upper body too. Those amraps were amazing too. I accidentally picked up 4kg (for the amrap) instead of 3kg but kept them Those pushup ones were hard. ❤🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️💪💪

R2D27 Aug 7 2024. Less adjustment (dropping weight) needed. Added 5 lbs to chest flys and rows in round two.

L: 10, M: 15, H: 25-35 and so pleasantly surprised the AMRAP was also upper body focused, and not deadly cardio like the last one. Still sweat a ton and feeling strong!

Those supersets were challenging, and the AMRAP a deadly killer! Jello arms by the end 😜 loved it! (burned 125 cals on my fitbit)

I enjoy upper body strength too. I feel good and strong for several days after these workouts. I enjoyed this one because it pushes sligthly beyond my limits. AMRAPS were excellent.

💪 Played around with weights today. Upper body usually means my medium/heavy is different for different moves and sometimes my light becomes medium etc 🤪 Enjoyed that ❤

Day 27 what can I say except that this is working! I feel so much stronger I'm having a blast trying new tricks like ring swinging and acroyoga poses w my kids... more cleaning ... more muscle and stamina = more life... what a gift thank you! So fun doing this w a friend and talking to her afterward about the workouts and what we thought. love it.

I thought my arms were gonna fall off by the end and then she wanted me to hold them up and straighten them out in the cool down?! I could hardly lift them 😂😂 However, probably one of my favorite arm workouts ❤️. Thanks Heather 🔥

Unless i pull a HR, I don't feel like i have worked out somehow. Thanks Heather for these free videos. Couldn't have afforded expensive subscriptions to various apps. Your workout channel is definitely the best out of aaalll of them. Also the fact that u don't speak while exercising. That's such a relief and helps focus. Sending u much love from India. I looooove it. My medium and heavy interchanged between 5 and 8 kg depending on the exercise . My legs in the rowing were shaking so much and I did it with 5 kg, not sue it’s meant to be like that but at least now I don’t feel pain in my lower back, so I guess the posture is getting better 😅. The last five minutes I managed to keep up with heather using 3kg 💪🏼🙌🏼
